I'll figure out how I'll handle inactives should the problem arise.

I've already written the roles, so the passive power idea won't be implemented this time around, but a nice suggestion.
I've planned the game with 22 roles in mind. I can probably alter it, but it'd be nice to get exactly 22.
I don't know when this'll begin, so you're signed up for now, ReZ. I'll ask for confirmation once it's about to begin.
Regarding inactivity, the warning system may be overkill. All I really ask of people is to acknowledge if they're being inactive. Far too often have people signed up enthusiastically, only to never look at the game thread. What's up with that?
So yeah, I may/may not implement the warning system. I'll see how things work out.

We need a rule for people who are inactive. Failure to post during a day phase= warning. Failure to put in pm=warning. Two warnings= Dead/replacment?
Unless a pre-mentioned reason is given.

Yeah, pretty self-explanatory. Having seen how annoying non-participation has been lately, I want to stress that you should only sign up if you know you'll be participating actively. I hate to mention names, but people like Jimbob and Coolness are almost never active, and it ruins a lot of the fun. So please, only sign up if you know you'll be participating actively. Since I don't know exactly when this will start, I'll ask people to confirm their participation once the game is about to begin.
Anyway, on with the show! I have tried some new things this time around and experimented a bit. I also think the town has had it too easy recently, so expect things to be a bit more difficult this time around. All in all, I think this game will be interesting.

Right, so the Colour Mafia is nearly done, and I'm pretty darn happy with it. Don't people dare be inactive in it! I mean it! :p
How does the time scale look for the Mafiawesome? Will it start right after one of the current mafias finish?

I love going to the cinema. I've been going a lot lately since there's been a lot of films I wanted to see. I've never considered going by myself, though. Don't know why, really. Maybe I should try it sometime.

haha yes. the fella that works in our office (he's not part of our department or budget) does them for us. He's rather fond of women's breasts, and plays "pocket billiards" so it's pretty easy to convince him to do you a favour

I never liked the box arts for any of the Matrix movies. Why is the logo blue on the first film? It makes no sense. Which is why I'm happy I have a box set where the overall theme is the falling, green code.
Also, I generally dislike the original British children's covers for Harry Potter. I just don't like the art style. I much prefer the Danish versions:
Goblet of Fire
Half-Blood Prince
Deathly Hallows
The covers don't always reflect the content of the books equally well, but I love the art style, and the atmosphere is great.

When I turned 19, I realised I only had one year of teenagehood left, which made me somewhat sad. Imagine what a depressive bastard I'll be when I turn 30.

I hate smokers. I hate non-smokers. I both cases I'm talking about the over-zealous kind who seem to represent the sides whenever there's a debate about it. Smokers act like martyrs, non-smokers act like they're holier than everyone else. Where did common courtesy go? What about peaceful coexistence? Live and let live, people.

Being defensive is fair enough. You're still jumpy, though, and you seem overpowered. Also, using "I've been the most forthcoming" as an argument holds no water at all. It was what I did af mafia in Pokémafia LifeLight - and behold, it worked pretty well!

Whoa, sorry for being inactive for so long. I was away the other day phase, and I've just caught up with the thread. Which doesn't say much, though, as I am 100% confused by what's going on. I'm very suspicious of ReZ, especially because he's so jumpy and defensive, and with Tellyn's investigation it seems straightforward. I am, however, afraid of the lynchbomb. It's fitting for a mafia to have this type of self-destruct mechanism - even if it's entirely made up.
