id say valkyria, but i also liek motorstorm. shame i suck at it.

finnished it, loved it. cant imagine a more cinematic game. already excited for the 3rd instalment.

Uncharted 2 or how the bar has been raised for cinematic games. stunning. that's the most fitting word for the game. every aspect, the plot, voice acting, animation, locations, level design and action were amoung the best ive ever seen. the game was simply very exciting to play, it dosent matter if your exploring a lost temple, fighting along (and over) the outside of a train or running across the rooftops in a wartorn city, the game simply makes it as exciting as it possibly can. the action simply looks like your in real danger, and constantly pushing nate to his limits. its stunning to actualy see in motion. the cutscens are a good length, enough to progress the story and add more depth to characters, but they are usualy over before becoming stale. the best way i can really describe the game is that it feels like a spiritual successor to indiana jones. the number of jaw dropping, show stopping moments is unbelivable, just when you think you've seen the best the game has to offer, BAM! anouther chance to feel your chin hit the floor. the game isnt without its faults, there are a couple of frustrating difficulty spikes, and there are some annoying enemys, but these all fade away to nothing under the shine of the game. i was a huge fan of drakes fortune, amoung thievs irons out the flaws and builds on the strengths. this is a game worth buying a PS3 for. its that good. +amazine presentation +relentles pace +fantastic story -odd frustrating moment -no real innovations -it ends. 10/10 my personal game of the generation.

im loving it so far, i think im on chapter 17. dont think ive played a game so well made in ages. currently, its my game of this console generation.

man my day was rough. start off with uncharted 2 flopping on my doormat, just in time for me to have to get ready for work. knowing it was going to be about 11 hours before i got to play was like torture for me, but work was calling. i had alot of nice callers, mostly parents and spouses, lots of general giggling and joking with them, being friendly. then he calls. the caller from hell starts off very sympathetic guy, having problems getting his medcine, phoned us twice before, and apparently, got very bad treatment, one person told him to "fuck off" i told him that was appauling and i was going to do my best to help. see, the man had had a stroke recently, and mobility was somtimes an issue. on top of that, he had swine flu and was in a rural area, living alone, no one could collect for him. i sugest a couple of servicies that could deliver for him, apparently hed phoned both and niether did it. so then i bend the rules, give him pharmacy phone numbers, see if any will deliver, hed apparently phoned all them and none would deliver. i suggest phoning his GP, and he starts getting angry, apparently hed allready done it. i appologise and explain we don't organise deliveries. he tells me im wrong. i assure him im not. he goes fucking BANNANAS he was practicaly screaming at me down the phone, i told him to calm down, he must have thoguht i was being ironic cos he went angrier and angrie, screaming at me. i tell him i will not accept his tone and suggest he calm downa little or id terminate the call, he starts threatening suicide. then hes going to write to his MP. i tell him id not advicate the former and support the latter. any way, i give him an assessment as he wasnt given his auterisation code. he goes mad at me for having to do the emergancy questions. i do them any way, get him a code (i misspelled his address slightly so that he'd get it) give him the code so he can collect, then again explain i cant arrange a delivery, but id happily help in any way i can. crazy fucker starts shouting a number at me. i ask what hes giving me the number for, apparently its so he can speak to my supervisor. i explain i need to pop him on hold for just a moment, im told not to muck arround as its costing him money. i promise not to. get my supivisor and he gets shouted at too, then hung up on. what annoys me is i was treated like the bad guy, when i was doing everything in my power to help him, even after being badly treated. pleanty of outher callers have been frustrated but managed to be polite. oh, then my lift home got a little racist. still, uncharted made it better.

collectors edition has shown up, but i have to leave for work soon so havent played it yet. must say the "art prints" are exreamly shit. good thing the CE was same price as normal game or id be hitting my cock with a dictonary in rage right now.

my dutch cousn is a bit of a party boy, he often goes to allnight raves. in holland, if your at a bar and are the designted driver, you get stamped, meaning that you cannot buy alcohal, but all soft drinks are free. this led to him drinking roughly 50 cans of red bull. he couldent sleep and his heart beat was irratic, he ended up going to the drs and was told hed had the equivilent of 100 or so cups of coffee, that he could have died and that he'd have been better off taking an E.

ok, kinda gutted about work atm. im full time again, which is great and all, but im stuck working nights, which i hate. i cant get back and its really inconvinient, told my boss, she said she'd do somthing but she hasnt. shes just pissing about and not doing it. also, my friends from the nights, the few who are still working, i dont like them any more, they have gone really arrogant. girl i used to like reached across and hung up anouther guys phone when he was dealing with a caller, said it was ok cos the manager was on lunch, later, she tried to hang up her own phone rather then take a call. im all for dicking around at work, but the instant i get a call you have to calm down, i mean, lots of the people who call are old, frail and already in a state. doing thats just wrong. they also seem rather anti semitic. id guess it was all ment as a joke, but it was too far. im just going to take a couple of books in and ignore them tommorow.

postal strikes didnt affect me last time, hopefully i'll be ok this time.

last two parts of fallout dlc. that will make it £80 i spent on that game. hmmmm.
