was one of my favourite things when I was a kid, read all the books and even have all the cartoons on DVD now, so can't wait for this -
I can highly recommend Secret Six by Gail Simone -------- Cory Walker is doing another couple of issues of Invincible, hopefully this means Ottley can catch up and get back on a regular schedule

yeah it's a 10 part story (just enough so they can put out 2 trades ) ------ now with regards to favourite stories Batwoman: Elegy - Detective Comics #854 - 860 by Greg Ruck and JH Williams III Astonishing X-Men #1-24 and Giant Size by Joss Whedon and John Cassaday Walt Simonson's Thor run Thor #337 - 382 epic story after epic story Planetary #1 - 27 awesome book by Warren Ellis and John Cassaday, glad I didn't get it in single issue format though, 11 years from issue 1 to issue 27

so did anyone manage to get any free comic book day stuff? I managed to get the comics I was after (Thor & Captain America, Super Dinosaur, Locke & Key, Spiderman) and the Green Lantern Heroclix, but couldn't stay long enough to take advantage of the stores 20% off trades

Well it's going to be Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales that decide the AV referendum, due to the low turnout in England due to no major elections taking place, so hopefully the fact that all three of those regions already use alternative voting systems to FPTP for electing their local parliament members we'll hopefully see a positive result. I'm not hopeful though

Surprised nobody has posted anything about this yet. The directorial debut of Joe Cornish (of Adam & Joe Fame) is Attack the Block and it comes out next Wednesday in the UK. Looks fun, can't wait to see it.

well when there is only two choices FPTP works perfectly fine since one side has to get over 50% of the vote

ah but with AV the Lib Dems would have had more seats and therefore they would have had more of a say in the direction that any Coalition would have taken, and a couple more high profile cabinet positions.

anything written by Hickman is usually good at the moment, think I'm going to drop the ultimate line after TDOSM arcs though. Need to cut back my spending Fear Itself is shaping up rather nicely, issue 2 was really good imo

As a No vote would mean no change to our voting system in future and the fact that the 'No' campaign has been scaremongering all along I will be voting Yes. Obviously the big two parties are going to be against any step towards PR as it will mean they will never get massive majorities in the future, which is a good thing. We've managed fine in Scotland having a mix between FPTP and a PR list system for our Government, it's led to minority Government each time and it's not really caused any major issues.

yeah but it was a barge from Pique that pushed Ronaldo into Mascherano, so the only two decisions the referee should have used was either goal stands or free kick to Real Madrid and he chose secret option number three - free kick to Barcelona

as long as you don't get an OEM version of the CPU then it'll come with a cooler. All the motherboard issues with Sandybridge chips should be sorted now, so you should be fine going with them.
