Ok I thought I'd add this thread for people without a DS and have no idea about wirleess connections (namely me!) So heres a few questions to get us started. 1) I have cable broadband (telewest) now to get my Wii online I need a wireless router does it connect to the actual cable modem or the PC? (if its the cable modem I wont need to turn on my PC to go online on my wii right?) 2) I understand this is for the DS I won't need one for my Wii will I? 3) I'm sure theres loads of online DS users on here so imagine their router's will work with the wii - what would you recommend? which one gives best value for money (hey I'm on a budget here!) Aha! but don't PC world match their online prices instore? (maybe not on preorders though) - anyway regardless - if you order it online £25 saved best bundled deal so far - if anyone has spotted a better deal - then you know what to do!

Hmmm well not much good deals on bundles online as of yet but PC world does offer the best I've seen so far. [PC world deals I think I'd go for the Wii console, zelda, monkeyball and extra wiimote - £259.99 Play.com price - £284.96 So PC world saves you about £25! Not bad eh? and Game should match it as "they won't be beaten on price" so if you preorder instore could save some cash. I'm tempted to order from PC world but dunno if I'd get it on release date - anyway some food for thought

Well the Tokyo Games Show has been on for 2 days and still no sign of the reisident evil Wii trailer - heres hoping it turns up on the final day then! I'm really curious to see more of this games as it sounds very promising indeed.

Well I think your in the minority on this one - most people including myself are very impressed with the graphics on Mario Galaxy - you are entitled to your opinion of course and I just assumed that you being so underwhelmed with it would imply you not purchasing it.

No they are Wii shadows and lighting effects - however you say they are poor - I disagree - mario has cartoony graphics there really is no need for ultra realistic lighting and shadows and thats is why they are less complicated than in other games it suits the theme/style of the game.

hmmm well I guess Nintendo have planned for this and will do the same as the Gamecube before launch and cut the price! Well I can hope can't I?

I was looking forward to Metroid as a launch title however if they need more time to work on it fair enough - I know it will be worth the wait.

Who needs fanboys when the company who makes the game bring out the worst promo ever! I'm talkling about you Konami - now I was quite curious about elebits until I saw this, be warned it contains the worst promo music ever and the most irritating family I've ever seen yup even more annoying than the girl with the spiky hair in the rayman vid (ubisoft redeemed themselves with the hilarious bunny vids though). Are you really sure you want to click this? might put you off elebits for life! - you have been warned!

hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm I'm not particularly overwhelmed with this game yet but you never know it might grow on me - I just don't think theres much of a wow factor with it - the control method does sound interesting though.

Hmmm well thats your opinion and you entitled to it however I think you'll find I'm an educated gamer who has been playing since my 1st console the Atari VCS in the 70's - but if you want to judge me and call me names thats your perogitive, however I was merely adding the links to vids to lighten things up and perhaps make a few people laugh. Watched the vid. Impessed with Wii footage. Not impressed with 1up guys and your right the bearded hippy is the most biased person on their team - however he did make a good mii!

Amazing what you can find on the net - these made me laugh! Now thats a queue! PS3 v's Wii analysis Cheesiest Wii ad I've seen! Ok I know this has nothing to do with PS3 but is Wii related and made me laugh I'm sure theres more stuff out there feel free to add some more!
