There must be something in the water up here. I also hate SA2, Sonic Heroes and Shadow. But I loved SA and this has been quite good so far. The city level was awesome.

It's worth a lot more than a 2. It's obviously not a 9 game either. But i'm having some fun with it. The action stages have been alright so far. But the endless loading (4 times a stage! What the ****?), hideous voice acting, cheesy crappy cut scenes and generic mind numbing tasks you need to do to progress to the good bits do spoil things just a tiny bit. Better than Heroes, worse than Adventure so far. 7/10 worthy so far.

Same here. No doubt it's a great game. He's not discrediting the meat of the game, the adventure. But the controls innit. I have no doubt that it'll still be a classic Zelda up there with OOT and MM, just with some slight niggles in he controls.
