Is casual mode full of legendaries? Because ranked mode bans them. Also, if the opponent disconnects in Ranked, they get penalised with a loss and a temporary ban.
-
Cheers for that!
-
1 will do. I'll open a room. Code is 4829. EDIT: OK, I keep getting a Japanese player, changing it to 6821
-
Yep, that's the hidden ability. It changes when it evolves.
-
If you breed it with a Ditto, you're guaranteed to pass a hidden ability on. Otherwise, it's 50% chance.
-
OK, @Ugh first aid would appreciate a Mirror Armour Corviknight if anyone has one.
-
So, @Ugh first aid and I are getting a competitive team ready for the online competition in just over a week from now. @RedShell, she's inspired by your Corsola shenanigans and was wondering if you (or anyone else) happened to have one with the Cursed Body hidden ability. EDIT: Never mind, one of her friends has one.
-
Speaking of, have you used 10 Dynamax Candies on your Pikachu? That lets you double your HP instead of a 1.5 multiplier.
-
This Wobuffet is utterly flummoxed by your Sableye and it's hilarious!
-
@RedShell, you should really get in the habit of using your G-Max Pikachu more when you go first. That guaranteed paralysis makes it by far the most useful Pokemon I've teamed up with! It's bonkers!
-
Congratulations on your worthless piece of paper!
-
Cheaper. Also, Hyper trained stats can't be passed on through breeding while "Best" ones can. I aim for 4 Best IV's and then fill in the rest with Hyper Training. Feels pretty reasonable to do.
-
Could be worse, could be a Level 100 Magikarp that you can't evolve. Yes, people did that. Except, this generation fixed that by letting you evolve Pokémon at level 100 by using a Rare Candy.
-
Nah, it's nothing. That Excadrill you helped me catch has great stats, which helps me get off to a good start breeding a competitive one.
-
@RedShell, I highly recommend you teach your Zamazenta Iron Head. When it has that item equipped, Iron Head changes to Behemoth Bash, by far their best move. 100 power, gets a same-type attack boost of 50% and does double damage to Dynamaxed Pokémon.

Pretty much, but you can't join raids that are a higher star rank than you are at. So if I did a 5-star one, you wouldn't be able to join until you saw the credits. On the Y-menu, there's an option called "Search Stamps", I filter my stamps through the "Friends Only" function, and it prioritises stamps that your friends post. Thanks, honestly, if you don't name an Obstagoon after one of the KISS members, you're doing it wrong.
-
Enjoy your positively murderous Pikachu! Back to raiding for me now!
-
Got a light ball! You want it? Yeah, you do. Got one on @Ugh first aid's game. I'll trade with you after this raid. Code will be 2581.
-
@RedShell, had a quick peek at your Pikachu just now. Notice it's holding a Magnet. Perfectly fine item, of course. But there's an item called Light Ball that actually doubles Pikachu's Sp. Atk. It's the quintessential item for it. The best way to get one would be to catch a wild Pikachu that's holding one. If you have a Pokémon with the ability "Super Luck" (Unfezant is a good shout) at the front of your party, then the chance of a Pikachu having a Light Ball increases. The only problem there is that you have Shield, so Pikachus are stupid rare. You might have to ask someone with Sword to help you with this.
-
Spirits back to 100%. The Leon fight got a good chuckle from me, surprisingly close to the feel of Resi Evil 4.
-
All done, time to fully work on that competitive team! Thanks to everyone who helped, if anyone needs anything bred, just give me a shout.
-
It's Arctozolt, isn't it? You monster...

Next League Night: 5th December 8pm Room 1: @BowserBasher is host @Glen-i @BowserBasher @viceview51 @martinist @RedShell Just when you think it's safe, here comes Smart Steering to ruin your day. Smart Steering is a fantastic little feature, as it allows people who might not be very good to stay on the track and have a more level playing field. Of course, everyone here doesn't need it, so naturally, if we're all forced to use it, it gets in the way and only provides extra comedy. Smart Steering must be turned on this week, this is mandatory and anyone not using it will be caught out when I check MKTV and will receive a score of 0 as penalty. To turn on Smart Steering, press + or - on the vehicle selection screen and press L to turn it on. Sign up Now!

Tell me about it, the only reason it wasn't a one K.O difference is because of that slight misjudgment that had you fall into that gap. A lot of our one on ones were really close tonight.
-
Well, you can't get 2 more perfect characters from random for a one-on-one than that.
