Noodleman
and where do i know bradley whitford from? The West Wing? if not you should do anyway because its fantastic. I watched the pilot the other day and thought it was very good. It had a very West Wing feel to it, because its done by the same writer and I cant wait for the series to start. Ashley
Why does nobody use the full name of this show? Also im dubious about keeping this topic open, as its about a show that hasn't even been picked up by a UK network. (Oh and also, Lisa Kudrow's 'The Comeback' was great, and I hear the films she was in were good. Plus Courtney Cox's new show sounds good)

I thought E4 had it? but anyway whichever American network is showing it made the pilot avaliable on bit torrent to drum up some interest or something. Sorry yes, Channel Four have the rights, showing the eps then the next one straight after on More4. Due early next year. NBC allowed NetFlix customers to view the pilot, and it ended up on YouTube (and I'd imagine torrented), so even that is against the rules. knightendo
why close it just because it hasn't got picked up?! i really don't understand your reasoning there. anyhoo, will be interesting to see if mathew perry can get himself away from the chandler-esque characteristics which he showed off so well in the whole nine yards. aye noodleman you may be right, even though i've never watched the west wing, pretty hard not to see adverts and articles in mags such as tv zone etc. EDIT: cool, so it's picked up. but is the season made yet or we gonna be waiting a while after the pilot? and don't worry ashley, i for one don't download tv shows off the net, don't think it's fair to take away from the creators without giving something back like ratings or money... that's the media student in me talking
Ashley
why close it just because it hasn't got picked up?! i really don't understand your reasoning there. Because any episodic discussion will obviously be due to illegal going ons. I'll see how it goes, but im not naive. The 24 and Lost threads were often at a myserious US-pace. Haver
I think everyone knows I'm super-excited about this by now. EDIT: Ashley, if there's no explicit discussion I can't see a problem.
Ashley
It's called 'Dirt'. She is the editor of a tabloid paper. I'd imagine it would be similar to 'Entourage' and even 'Studio 60' itself. Its about celebrities, but some will be fake and some will be real. FX have ordered more episodes, and demanded more Courtney in them. Can't find any details post-June though. So im guessing it won't be airing til January.
Noodleman
EDIT: cool, so it's picked up. but is the season made yet or we gonna be waiting a while after the pilot? It starts in America on the 18th, no idea when it starts over here though.
Ashley
EDIT: Ashley, if there's no explicit discussion I can't see a problem. Which is what I said. In a more roundabout way. It starts in America on the 18th, no idea when it starts over here though. January at a guess. By now they should be on their...third episode of filming. Forth, fifth maybe at a stretch. Just presuming, can't be bothered to check when they started filming. But usually prior to airing a pilot the first four or five episodes are filmed (bearing in mind the pilot is filmed aaaaaaages ago).
