Hudson working on 30 games for Virtual Console

During the most recent EGM Live podcast, the discussion of the Virtual Console came up. Editor Shane Bettenhausen then mentions that he has talked to Hudson, who says they have 30 titles in the works for the Virtual Console, with some ready for launch of the Wii.

Hudson could be doing the porting for other companies. I don't think they'll cross over J-League Eleven Beat 1997 or 4 Nin Uchi Mahjong.

Hudson has also made / published over 40 PC-Engine games. I personally except most of the games that Hudson is working on are for PC-Engine.

good point! d'oh! completely forgot about that since it was always advertised at the beginning that it was turbografx games that were coming over. lol, oops, ignore my post then :D

So apart from Bomberman, What are the really great Hudson franchises? I know hardly anything about them so pray tell! What was big on he TGFX?

BOMBER MAN FTW!

Seriously, this has given me hope after the awful Sega selection..

 

The Sega selection had Toe Jam and Earl which makes it an instant win. It would be awesome if they modified it for co-op online play as the first game would work really well with that feature added.
