Help! Trojan problem!

The fish

OK, this file, called "atmclk" is being a right bugger and using up between 73 and 99% of my processor's power...

Norton or online virus scanners can't find it, let alone destroy it, and I can't close it through Task Manager as it just re-opens.

AnVir is trying to block it, but all that is happening is it keeps opening and closing.

I can't delete it from it's directory(C/WINDOWS/System32/atmclk.exe) because it is always in use.

Anyone know how to destroy/stop it, or a program that deletes files flat out, no matter what they are doing at the time?

Thanks in advance...

Well his popped to my mind: When you star your comp go to start-->run-->msconfig (or faster way: hit windows key+r and type msconfig) Then on the tabs 'services' and 'startup' there's a list of things that are ran when you boot up. Try searching for the file that you know is the virus, disable it,reboot and try cleaning it now.
