Problems installing programs

recently when I have triend installing programs from cd i have received the error message below.

how do i fix it?

Have you ever tried ignoring it, and does it install and run? Have you recently changed any settings?

Oh, that's a complete bitch. I had that once. There's a guide somewhere how to fix it, someone helped me on the old forums.... I'll have a look for yoiu.
