Most TV cards have a composite or s-video connector, so that's one way to do it.

Or you could hook it up to a hardware dvd recorder and then transfer to pc afterwards.

I got the cheapest one I could and its quality is alright. Unless your after amazing quality it doesn't matter that much.

I'll upload a sample of my gamecube hooked up to it later today.

Edit:

Here is the intro to Soul Calibur II (what was in when I turned it on):

It's a 20MB download and you'll need either VLC media player or the x264 codec installed to watch it. Obviously the quality was better when I captured it as I have had to compress it loads so that I wasn't uploading all day.
