Who cares when we've only got one thing worth loading? Yes, but the Summer update will most likely include other improvements or new features. As well as the possibility of GBA titles launching on the VC. I'm pretty happy with the current speeds, but won't complain if they can make it faster. I have a feeling the Summer update will tie in with Miiverse launching on 3DS and/or the web based eShop which may be why it's taking a bit longer but it's entirely speculation on my part.
