Stocka Posted January 9, 2006 Posted January 9, 2006 http://www.teamkilled.net/display/article/half-life-2-aftermath-april-24 In order to get some hard information on the release date, Mod HQ took it upon itself to get in touch with Valve frontman Doug Lombardi and was met with the blunt for wholly informative response, "We're currently targeting April 24th for the release of both Aftermath and Platinum." Lovely jubbly ...wish my CSS would work dammit.
CompSci Posted January 9, 2006 Posted January 9, 2006 24 april, man to long, well at least theres no continent release's i.e us europeans would have got shafted to the summer
Stocka Posted January 9, 2006 Author Posted January 9, 2006 Awesome, whats Platinum btw. Half-Life 2: Platinum is to be a compliation of sorts, including everything that anybody who hasn't kept up with the Half-Life 2 train thus far needs. It will include the base Half-Life 2, Half-Life 2: Deatchmatch, Counter-Strike: Source, Day of Defeat: Source and Half-Life 2: Aftermath. Although no price for Platinum has been set, it's likely to be slightly higher than the original game due to its inclusion of the latter two titles which are themselves commercial releases. There ya go...[quotes don't count towards 15 character limit ]

AshMat Posted January 10, 2006 Posted January 10, 2006 Would anyone wish to donate me say 1500 quid to buy a gaming machine? HL" just won't run ¬_¬
Dan_Dare Posted January 10, 2006 Posted January 10, 2006 try 100 or so. should get you an x box version. admittedly an x box version with no chance of the many, many lovely addons and mods but if its not an option to get a games rig, you should play hl2 anyway.
