It was a competition type show soley based on the Super Mario Bros. games. It was on the old "The Childrens Channel" I used to watch it all the time as a kid, I can still remember there was one player nicknamed "The Iceman" who was one of the best players in the competition, I think he may have been the overall final Champion too.
