Wesley Posted May 14, 2011 Share Posted May 14, 2011 Hello... again. I can access the internet wirelessly through my XBox 360 and PS3. So I wanna connect my PC to either using an ethernet cable and access the internet through the console. Once the ethernet cable is plugged into the XBox 360 it won't enable the wireless function. So I'm hoping I can do it for PS3. But I can't find anything about it on the net; it's always the other way around. Anyone have any clues? Thanks! Shorty Posted May 15, 2011 Share Posted May 15, 2011 Consider homeplug if your wifi signal is weak. I just got a pair, very good pieces of kit. But yes, trying to bridge your internet access through your games console's wifi is a bit of a roundabout method, and would probably be slow and unreliable. My PS3 is in a different part of the flat and gets a much better signal, so I was going to bridge. I picked up a cheap 20 quid dongle which is working fine. I'm moving in a month anyway. Cheeeeers.
