EEVILMURRAY
For my Photography project for University I have to do a 3poster campaign, I've decided to celebrate the greatness of Rolf Harris. I'm trying to copy a picture of Jesus onto my canvas [which when I made a new one I specified the canvas size for A4 paper] but when it pastes it makes the image really small. If I try a print preview in paint of the image it covers around 3-4 pages. I did try setting it on 800x600 and it copied to a larger scale, but I would prefer it on A4 so I know how it's going to look.
Mr_Odwin
Can you change the size of the pasted layer/pic and not the other parts of the pic? I have no idea how to do this, by the way.
Lammie
The image you have is probably set to a low resolution (maybe 72 dots per inch) and default print resolution is 300dots per inch. Therefore the image takes up a hell of alot less pixel area on a 300dpi canvas than on one set at 72dpi. Either scale it up and be prepared for some ugly artifacts, or redraw it at 300dpi.
