Aye, found it! They tuck it away a bit, so it's worth maybe bookmarking, because on occasion they change it from time to time and don't notify(don't think they need to). Anyhow, here is;

Looking at that they shouldn't be capping it below 75% of your usual, though, so it may also be possible something else is up and whatnot. What do your speedtests normally come out as?

Right cheers...My speed tests usually vary between 10-12 but on this occasion was down to 1-2 sometimes even lower.

That night it was more than the speed being capped, we litrally couldn't do anything without large amounts of lag!!!

 

I once asked for a speed cap and mine was 2mb at the time and could play games online without a problem so im pretty sure it wasn't just down to speed!

My VirginMedia speeds were god awful last night... No idea why, no one had even been in during the day to use the connection. Was taking minutes to load things up!
