EEVILMURRAY Posted June 24, 2009 Posted June 24, 2009 Title says it all. If I want to record the sound of something and don't want to play it and have a mic by the speakers, can it be done directly as it would be in better quality?
Dyson Posted June 24, 2009 Posted June 24, 2009 Yes. Double click the Volume thing in your taskbar, hit Options, Properties, click on Recording and select stereo mix. You'll then be recording from your system as an input as opposed to microphone input.
Kirkatronics Posted June 25, 2009 Posted June 25, 2009 If your on vista do this: Press the start menu > type 'record' > click 'sound recorder'.
Kirkatronics Posted June 25, 2009 Posted June 25, 2009 Im confused then, sorry. I thought he wanted to record something highqulity. Does he mean for voice chat or something? EDIT: I get it now i read your reply.
EEVILMURRAY Posted July 11, 2009 Author Posted July 11, 2009 Do you know how to do it on Vista? Because the amount of buttons Sound Recorder has on Vista is mind blowing. And by mind blowing I mean shit.
