If the Zune has a standard 3.5mm headphone socket then yeah, it'll work. But then, most stereo systems have an aux in that you could use with the right lead. Something like this. HDD Zune's (30's 80's and 120's) have the jack on the top. Just something to remember... Although I can't comment on the one you've linked to, i've heard nothing but good things about the offical MS Zune docks and the Creative ones.
