arnold
Over the past couple of days i've been getting BSOD every time I go to do something, I've posted on PChelpforum.com and turns out I've got trojaned to hell, I can't even do most of the things they are asking me to do cause I get blue screened all the time..plus this thing is 5 year old I think it might be time to get a new one, but all I need is the Machine, I've got my TV that I use as a monitor so don't need one of those, i'm not looking for anything overly expensive, but something good (I dunno, £300-400 or so?). Something to play WoW on, Spore maybe and just general bits and bobs. I have thought about building my own, know it'll be cheaper but I don't know if i'm confident enough to give it a go, never done it before so thats probably why plus I dunno what things i'll need >>

Wesley
You may want to look at buying a barebones PC and then adding/changing later when you have the money. Won't be as confusing and daunting as fully building one.
Pyxis
Building a computer is really easy. I built my first one in under 30 minutes. The instructions will come with the motherboard and you just need to plug everything into their slots. Waiting for Windows to install takes a lot longer. http://www.ebuyer.com is great if you do decide to build one yourself. You could even copy one off pcspecialist.
