I think it will be a while before the Wii sees games like this on it. I just don't think it has a bigger enough market for it.

I wasn't putting the Wii in any way in my previous comment, that was just to show Dante that the PS2 isn't dead yet and isn't even on life support yet.

I disgagree, if anything we already have a broader userbase than any other next gen system (yet are getting less) and we aren't even talking about "exclusive SMT games" at this point, we're saying that they could start branching into the Wii with it... Cross platform.

Port that engine and everything from SMT3, DDS and Persona will run, and the graphics are satisfying enough. Just add 16:9 and 480p easy money for Atlus, doesn't even have to sell more than it's PS2 counterparts to be profitable at this point.

I know, it was just a remark on my part.

It isn't on life support, but it sure as hell ain't sprinting like it used to be, it's slowing down now, and will be jogging for a couple of months now...companies need to think now about where they should go to next.

So that's why I don't understand why they don't release and give a SMT a try on the Wii, they won't be losing much, heck in the end they may get more customers and a bigger fan base (A lot of Wii owners I know are really starving for an RPG)

PS2 is an awesome system, don't get me wrong, I have one :)

But a lot of my friends don't, and I know they would love to play SMT on the Wii if it came out onto the system.
