Coolness Bears Posted February 5, 2008 Posted February 5, 2008 Seems we have just enough ingredients at home to make crêpes tomorrow. Yay. The usual toppings we have are either our typical apple/pear syrup (none of that liquidy stuff) or sugar (white, brown or light brown, my personal favourite). But the best ones are with ice cream and hot chocolate sauce! Too bad I don't have those things here, but oh well, sugar and syrup will do fine. =3 Yay! Those sound delicious Eenuh!! I had Pancakes with Hot Chocolate Sauce and Ice Cream when i was in Belgium and there is nothing better! I just had my pancakes today with the traditional Lemon and Sugar and they were tasty.
Roostophe Posted February 5, 2008 Posted February 5, 2008 I actually forgot that it was Shrove Tuesday until I was told that we have some pancakes. I get told that just after I've had my tea, and don't fancy any. Oh well, later tonight, I suppose.

My recipe: Some flour 3 Eggs Some full fat milk sugar You want it to run off the end of a fork but not to fast, the consitency of a whipped angel delight before you put it in the fridge.
