I got a new phone today, and i am trying to install the media manager software. It's not essential, but I would like to give it a go and see if there are any decent features.

I get through the install, and it says it requires quicktime 7.20. It then says I have a higher version and cannot proceed. It seems pretty weird that a phone that was launched this month doesn't work with the latest version of quicktime, but never mind.

The problem is that i can't uninstall my verion of quicktime. Its not on the list of programs to be unistalled on windows.

Any ideas? I'm running XP, and its a SE w960i. Thanks

tried that. i'm till getting the error message.

i think the problem is more complex - i dont think quicktime is even installed, i can't find it in program files.
