Haha, i think you mean about the old unreliable Antec PSU's.

Afaik, they are much better these days so, i'm willing to trust them.

A 500watt-er might a tad underpowered though wouldn't it? The whole thing would probably explode if you ever even thought about upgrading anything.

The graphics card needs 200W or so, everything else would probably run okay.

I'll look into that though, nice suggestion gags :)

Spend a little extra now, and make sure you get yourself a decent PSU (700W should be enough for the foreseeable future) and a decent case (good case = cool components = you love PC long time), and save yourself a load of trouble later when you decide you want to SLI that muther and then quad core its ass. You know you will. To do so otherwise can only lead to madness.

EDIT: Thats what i forgot, spend the extra £12 and get a Artic Freezer 7 CPU cooler, trust me you wont regret it.

I already have an Antec for my server, its so cool. The CPU (a fanless heat sink only P3 1ghz) never hits more than 35C.

Aye but the freezer 7 is also silent if your botherd about noise.

I'm not really, due to my current machine is damn loud so this one should be alot quieter.

Caris, i'd probably spend money on it... but damn i can't... seriously :D
