well no matter what I try, it's saying my email address is 'invalid'. I tried to have my password resent back to me with the "forgotten password" option, but it's still saying invalid email. so I'm guessing my account has gone along with a good few thousand stars although I still get emails sent to me with that email address from Nintendo

'The Hotspot' which is gamespots weekly podcast is up and the guys talk pretty candidly about everything that's happened in the past week. They all sounds pretty cut up about what’s happened. However they say several times that the K&L review was not the reason for Jeff getting the sack. Well the reason the PS3 wasnt selling before was he price, it was never a case of nobody wanting the thing. Now the price is affordable all those that where not interested in the Wii and forwhatever reason never even concidered getting a 360 are buying it.

I was listening to the radio just now and on their drivetime show they had a Business Update segment. At the end of it the presenters asked the guy why are Wii's in such short supply and he said that Nintendo are aiming to put out an extra 3 and a half million Wii's worldwide. I have not head this anywhere before so is he just blowing smoke or is this something just annouced today?

If it was done as a Wii channel upgrade then sure but I'm not sure whenever the time comes and I can buy a Wii if I'd care if it plays DVD's or not. I'd much rather they release a Wii with more internal memory or a hardrive.

Just incase you want to see the thing in action...

If I can't find a Wii for a decent price I'll just get myself a 360, and get a Wii when ever they come into stock again next year.

Can you imaging; someone that has asked his parents for a Wii for Christmas will instead be opening one of these Christmas morning

North American Wii's get Super Mario Bros 3 tonight. Nintendo sent out voice messages telling people with Charles Martinet announcing it in his Mario voice.

weird that they say the controls are a step in the right direction but then go on to say theres "annoying amount of waggle throughout". I think its cool they put the Mii faces in this:

They should of given the option to use a gamecube controler here, some games just won't work with a waggle. All that said, it's looking like this years SvR game is a bit disapointing no matter what console its on. 7.8 for the 360 version and 7.5 for the PS3 version. (IGN scores)

Sounds like that’s the final boss for the Hunters storyline called Pollux. She is really hard to beat and a lot of it is down to luck thanks to her "death whim" move that had random effects.
