Taken from xpert... The CL-system The CL-system is a straight system where the top division consists of a group phase where 8 teams advance to a playoff with quarterfinals, semi-finals and a final. The CL-system can have underlying divisions in a straight system where the number of promoted teams is the same as the number of relegated teams from the division above. To use the CL-system the league must contain at least 16 active teams Also this is probably obvious but all the league positions would be based on positions from the previous season. So if we changed to CL, teams would be put into divisions based on where they finished the season before. If we were to change back to 1:1 after the CL, team positions would be decided based on performance in the CL. So all the divisions would end up being different if people are ok with that? This will eventually go to a vote once we know exactly what the CL is :p

I believe promotions would be LL1 and LL2 to CL1 and CL2. The two CL divisions would be equal as would the two lower divisions? @Esequiel you are away to Recall United so you need to wait until @Jimbob challenges you to a match and you can accept it. Xpert Update - they've added 'clean sheets' to the goalkeeper's player page. Interesting to see

Erm... So currently we have a 1:1 league with 3 divisions. The options are 1:1, 1:2, 1:3 and CL. If I select CL, I can choose how many groups. With 30 teams and 4 groups, it'd be 8-8-7-7. There is an option to tick '16 teams in finals' which I assume is the end of season cup format you mentioned? I don't follow real life football at all so I don't know anything about how different leagues work really. So the winners of each group would go into a cup at the end of the season? The only thing I'm concerned about is how many extra games people would be playing and how it affects DV. I don't want the newer or weaker teams to miss out on match experience.

I'm happy to fully reveal my role. My main role is a protector - I protect from all targeting including night kills. I can also choose to lie detect instead. I did this the night before last on Diageo in the hopes that he would actually post stuff :p he was 100% truthful but I think all he said was that he was given a note that essentially roleblocked him. Last night I protected Esequiel, I was told that 'something happened' and I not only protected Esequiel but also myself. This has not happened any other night so I don't know what went on there. Night 1 I protected Sheikah but was redirected to DuD - I don't think my power worked that night though based on the PM. Night 2 - I protected Yvonne. In the write-up I am helping him with confusing papers or something. Yvonne has said he has no idea what that was and I don't believe him at all. Night 3 - Lie detected Diageo for the next day phase. Night 4 - Protected Esequiel. If you are town, please vote for Yvonne. He is definitely mafia. ReZourceman had a one-use lie detect from his piece of Eden and Yvonne is claiming the same - I do not believe this either. hey @Mr\-Paul what's your power and what have your targets been?

You can do anything you want on Tuesday :p it's there as a buffer if you want it so you can get form training done. Or if you challenge a stronger team to a friendly, that usually provides a form boost even if you lose.

Dv is based on form. Your player needs consistently high form all season to get into 18dv territory. 16dv should be fine.

I'll wait to hear back from ReZ... tbh if he's claiming neutral I'm willing to vote him off over you but I don't trust you either. If he does end up being neutral, I will know you are mafia. ReZ seems to have a double vote too unless Jimbob's last count was off.

Also, before I forget - I'm quite sure Esequiel is the one sending the notes as he's targeted everyone who's had a note so far. @Yvonne (so you see my automerge), what were the confusing pieces of paper in night 2's write-up? I know that is you.
