  1. Don't worry. He gets bored so he'll be gone from there before too long.
  2. I'm actually quite pissed off he managed to find me here :/ I have no refuge on the internet
  3. Thing is, Nintendo does do a few new IPs each year, they just don't sell as well. Mario ones are ones which are guaranteed to sell
  4. Sure, my dad's insane...but not this insane.
  5. Welcome to my life
  6. So, do tell me. You're American. What brings you to a European focused forum? Sure we have a few, but what brings you specifically here?
  7. Will you just leave me alone

  8. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dissociative_identity_disorder
  9. I had fun playing it
  10. Oh you! Seriously though, the new info that we got Pokémon Smash revealed some stuff Hiougi City is HUGE (considering the map showed it as two buildings and a deck, it makes you wonder about the other areas) Starters confirmed to be Snivy, Tepig & Oshawott Masuda was asked if the region was frozen over. He responded "You'll understand when you play the game"
  11. Pokémon is no longer a fad, but it has got legs. Black & White have sold over 15,000,000 units. That's better than nearly every game this generation barring Mario stuff and CoD
  12. Yeah. Black & White are the fastest selling Pokémon games since the originals
  13. GameFreak have 2 or more teams working at any one time. Once the first games of a generation is completed, one team commences work on the next generation while the other works on enhanced versions, remakes, sequels etc. This isn't a generational leap. It's a twist on the third game, sure, but in that it replaces the enhanced version (they don't use the term "third game") with something new
  14. Ok, then let me put this to you Say the game is set in Unova...what would make it a sequel to you? If time progression, loads of new areas, new characters etc. aren't enough, I'm very curious as to what is. Plot has become important. While you may not have played the game for the plot before, they put in a full emphasis on the story on Black & White, and this just continues on from that Also, my pondering about the starters was due to the fact they haven't been confirmed. I never said new starters as that's just crazy but prior to the leaflet coming, it was every bit valid to consider the possibility of it having a combination of old starters as the choice or to have Pansage, Pansear and Panpour with their Hidden Abilities (the only three Pokémon who get the same abilities as the starters)
  15. Yeah, I noticed that in CoroCoro, it's pretty hilarious. Though you never know, for western audiences, they may change it and make him actually black. They changed Lenora somewhat for western release
  16. It's two years later. There will be changes but it's not like Oracle of Ages where loads of time has passed
  17. Trailer!
  18. Third versions do not really add areas. Sure, a cave here and there, but nothing like this
  19. But that's not what it is. Those games were literally just the originals of the generation with a new hat. These are not. They are not the same game with different assets at all
  20. The difference is that the new areas in Emerald and Platinum were minimalistic. They were the Battle Frontiers, the Distortion World and an extra couple of small caves in Hoenn. There were very few actual new areas. They followed the same narrative with very few differences. This is set mostly in a part of Unova that isn't seen in the previous games, with some overlap where in the areas are radically different as two years have past since the story of Black & White. The story is COMPLETELY different, not marginally different as per other third versions, the characters are different, gyms are different, gym leaders are different, available Pokémon are radically different. It's a new game, just set in the same region as before. Yes, Kanto in GSC was post-game content, but this is on a much MUCH larger scale. Besides, we don't know if Unova is properly frozen over or if they're just hiding stuff from us, which they have done before. Trust me, it's not Grey, or an enhanced or re-jigged version of Black & White. They are new. Think of it like how XD was to Colosseum.
  21. It seriously and really isn't just Pokémon Grey. it's completely different. Again, if it were Grey, it'd be the exact same areas in the exact same timeline with a slightly altered story.
  22. It really, really isn't. They are completely different. If it was Grey, it'd have the same protagonists, few new areas, the same basic story. This is completely different. As @Hamishmash said, it's more akin to the Kanto in GSC/HGSS Unfortunately not. Keldeo's distribution in Japan begins the same day as this launches in Japan, and it's a direct download
  23. Why wouldn't it be the other way round? These are both Gen V games. The Dream World and Global Link will likely have separate parts for each game
  24. First, the game is set in Unova and shows the new trainers and the rival. The game is set 2 years latr than in BW and features the map of Unova being partially frozen. The Unova Pokédex has 300 Pokémon within it. There are various new areas in Unova including Hiougi City, where you begin your journey. There are other areas which has a gym leader who focuses upon Poison; Homika, who is also said to be in the anime this June. Another gym leader is Shizui, the Water-type leader. The trainer with the spiky hair is the rival and there is a new researcher called Akuroma who researches Pokémon Strength Hiougi City has a Pokémon Centre and a Trainer School and areas where you can look upon the areas. There are shops, underwater tunnels with clear glass (mantines flowing overhead), building with blue and red statues all around Unova. That's all the information these scans provide. It has also been confirmed that Black Kyurem will know the move Freeze Shock and that White Kyurem knows the move Ice Burn. Within the new Unova Pokédex, which contains a combination of old and new (Unova) Pokémon, Psyduck is #026, Riolu is #033 and Metagross is #254 Big images at you know where
