  1. Oh interesting. I do wonder if I'd get that. My CN account and my UK Store account are different addresses so I'm not hopeful.
  2. To be fair, it's not like they're purposefully withholding stock. People are acting like it is. Nintendo underestimated demand (especially in the UK because the UK hates Nintendo pretty much) and so they have to do some catch up. Most of the current wave were probably produced before they knew how popular amiibo was. My theory is that from here on, we won't see as many issues. Plus, it's no coincidence that the two amiibo which have been seeing cancellations everywhere are the two from this batch which are store exclusive in the US. I've seen so many US people order 5+ of these amiibo from UK sellers.
  3. Oh yeah, @Glen\-i, you should enter this: http://www.pokemon.com/uk/pokemon-video-games/pokemon-art-academy/competition/
  4. Yeah, they're using a piece of card artwork for it strangely. Japan just got this one, we'll likely get it later
  5. Yes, with a download card, not marketed with a case and everything. There's a difference.
  6. @Glen\-i, a new template is live
  7. A retail game = a game sold at retail.
  8. Well technically Mario VS Donkey Kong Tipping Stars is also a retail title It's being sold at retail. Nobody is saying that the Wii U is filled with content, but to say there's a drought when you disregard the titles being released is a bit disingenuous.
  9. They're aiming for it to be a huge thing, yes.
  10. Can't exactly blame this on Iwata... Plus read up some of the interviews going around. Iwata gets shut down by board members often so it's not just his fault. Just one member of the board can veto something. I agree that they have underestimated demand and whatnot, but you're going to extremes here.
  11. Sorry guys, I mis-spoke. I was more referring to Wii stating that the games he didn't like don't count and that's why there's a drought at the moment.
  12. Exactly. I'm not putting any more money in it, don't worry.
  13. 1. Does my site provide the best coverage of Pokémon games? Yes, probably. 2. Is this a Pokémon game? Yes If 2 = true then I have to cover it.
  14. In the Pokémon community. When you get a site with hundreds of thousands of unique visitors a day then you can start deciding how games should be covered
  15. There are no droughts. Just because you don't like certain games doesn't mean there isn't a drought in releases.
  16. I took a hit for the team. Thankfully, due to currency conversion, I only paid £26 for the £43 purchase so it's not that bad for me. I need to cover the game to give people information on it. Do I like it? Not to this extent, but it needed to be done. For those not in the know, this is how I did
  17. My first day Money spent: 4800¥ Hearts purchased: 240 Coins purchased: 96000 Playtime: 12:45 Pokémon Seen: 153 Pokémon Caught: 92 StreetPasses: 3 Jewels Remaining: 12 With those 12 Jewels, I can get another 80 hearts and be able to catch many more Pokémon. Not too bad really.
  18. The gameplay etc. is solid. I'm not disputing that. It's the F2P stuff that bugs me
  19. Granted, but if there's anyone who comes even close, it's me.
  20. Nope. In that case it is actually true. Sorry
  21. When people attempt to condescend me, my ego does take over. Bad character trait.
  22. 75 Gems = 4800 Yen / £42.99 / $47.99 4800 Yen = £26.10 Rip-off Britain at work, eh? @Wii
  23. No. My site needs to be complete. If I don't cover a game, then I don't do my job and people would lose faith in me. My only issue with that game is that it's F2P anyway. I like match 3 puzzles.
  24. Wrong. There are reasons as to why but I don't post that in public.
  25. If I don't do it, where will people get their content for it?
