Those two modes are unrelated to the August update. The only thing they mentioned for the August update was friend matchup

Here are the modes we know Single Player Battle Dojo (Arcade games) Turf Wars Splat Zones Then added soon after: Tower Control Rainmaker Splatfest And in August: Friend Matches Seems fine to me. Don't want to overload it with stuff nobody will play. I imagine we'll get more modes as time goes on, too.

But you are protected in the bubble though. You can just pick them off, throw grenades etc.

They should do a Splatfest of Voice Chat VS No Voice Chat and decide from there whether or not to add it :p

They promised it wouldn't affect their home console/handheld output. It's also a bit silly to ignore the 3DS when counting titles they put out too.

So I had the option to get a Koopa/Cheep Cheep combo at one point, but now I don't see it. I see other combinations I can't do on other characters, but I can't see that one. It's weird.
