well I'm no expert but the cross trainer is pretty good, works your arms and legs, plus it's bloody knackering cv wise. When I haven't been on in ages I can do about 15 mins before I fall over and pass out, I find that's a good sign(not of my fitness but of the machine!).

I'm not telling you how much I weigh, I don't want anyone to throw up on their keyboard. I will however give weight loss updates! No excuses for me, we have a cross trainer, rower, and stepper all conveniently placed in a room together with a tv. It's on mofos. Although again, not till all the xmas goodies have been eaten!

Tellyn I'm sorry to hear about your auntie, and Aimless I'm sorry about your job and generally feeling sad. Glad to be home from work, that place is sucking out my soul. Top resolution for 2009: Get a Graduate job and move to London. (gonna be easy in Credit Crunch Britain, but it has to be done asap). Oh yeah and we are your friends has been on a loop in my head all day, awesome. . Ohhhhh and Jesus I loved your 'non-sensical' post, made sense in my head.

I would never decide to have a Chinese takeaway over a curry, just wouldn't happen. But if I was going to a Chinese restaurant I'd have some kind of sizzling steak with black bean/oyster/others sauce and egg fried rice. I do like a good prawn cracker as well. Oh and prawn toasts, they are heaven in toast form.

Well NYE was good, just went to a local pub and then a few people came back to mine (parents were standing by the London eye at the time) so it was a free house. Demolished a bottle of gin, few bottles of red wine, movies, bit of wiiing. All very civilised and I'm happy with that; last year I was in a grubby rock club in Manchester (which was awesome) but you've got to have a bit of variety. Today I got up at about 2, played more Wii, watched Frankie Boyle Live DVD (a ridiculous amount of recycled material, I'd heard pretty much every joke before); still funny though. We had a Rosbif with yorkshire pudding, a great start to the 2009 extreme diet but my family have this thing about new years day being special and all. Oh and just watched Jonathan Creek, really quite annoying, I'm so bloody cynical these days. I also completed the Times Jumbo crossword (times 2 clues ), fuck yeah. Little bit of help from Dad, and google for 1 clue; Thomas Sterne's ''Gentleman'', like I was ever going to get that. Wow even I'm bored reading this back so I'll shut up and go to bed, back to work tomorrow, boooo.

I took some velvet curtains to the charity shop the other day and the woman first of all laughed and then looked at me like I was dirt under her shoe. I do quite like the red one, bit short though. [off topic].
