I played VI about 2 years ago on the PSONE after everyone kept raving on about it and I was very disappointed. I just didnt like the storyline and there were far too many characters in the game so you couldnt really get to know all of them. Also Kefka sucked as a bad guy, I havent a clue why alot of people on Gamefaqs rate him so highly. I am also on playing FFIII on the DS and although the game itself is good the storyline blows which for me is one of the most important aspects of a RPG game. I know it was made many moons ago but they could have at leats fleshed the storyline out when they remade it for the DS. I have FF I+II on the GBA to play, its still sealed but I may play the PSP versions of these games.

I actually didnt mind the game. The cutscene in the middle of the game where Yuna gives a concert in the Thunder Plains is outstanding. Also the 100% ending is a must see if you like the FFX universe.

I personally prefer the Vindaloo song over 3 lions. Nothing beats banging on random objects shouting NAH NAH NAH...etc.

Whats it like Dom? Game Central gave it a good write up the other day and its budget price has got me interested. Just got me another PSP after not owning one for a year now, I bought a white one with Monster Hunter. Last time I got one I imported the Jap Monster Hunter game as I couldnt wait to play it, it will be nice to play the english version. I cant start playing yet as my mem card still hasnt been shipped from Gameplay. Also preordered Valkyrie Profile - Lenneth from play.com for £17.99, been wanting to play this for ages now, no doubt Dom has had the US version beaten for a while now

About freaking time that those 2 got sorted, I highly recommend both of them to anyone who hasnt played them. Panzer Dragoon Orta is such a beautiful looking game.

So in a nutshell they are maybe pulling a MGS2 on us.

Stocka man you really need to get a PS2 to play all of those RPGs that you are missing out on and then im sure the PS2 would sky rocket up your chart.

Im not sure im liking the shift of focus to Nero, especially as I hated the DMC3 version of Dante. He was such a cocky little loud mouth, bring back the broody and mysterious Dante from DMC1 I say.

I have the best memories from the N64 due to its amazing titles but for the pure amount of quality games available the PS2 has to win it for me. You have games which made their mark such as DMC, Onimusha, Okami, SOTC, Ico, Kingdom Hearts, Monster Hunter ( loved that game to bits despite doing rubbish over here yet being HUGE in Japan ) Jak, Sly and Ratchet and Clank to name a few not to mention established franchises such as Tekken, MGS, FF and Gran Turismo. It really was a console for everyone and it had many a RPG to play on it which is always a good thing in my eyes. As for the rest of the list, I wouldnt have replaced the GBA with the DS as I was never a fan of the GBA due to it having too many SNES games which I had played when I was younger. I would have rated the Dreamcast higher aswell. I also would have had the Sega Saturn in there somewhere as it one one of the most underrated consoles every made and criminally overlooked.

I was also annoyed they dropped the Assault Rifle from the 1st game but after a while I was in love with duel wielding.

Its a very very quirky game and I highly recommend it. I bought it after Christmas and never looked back. I think I posted some impressions in the PS2 topic which should be a couple of pages back on the main Other Console board.

Anyone know where I can get a some official White PSP headphones or were they just available with the Value Pack? EDIT: Dont matter guys just won some brand new ones off ebay for a fiver! Bargain!

I 3rd this : peace: My mate has the Halo 2 soundtrack and I nicked it off him for ages. The main theme for the Halo games is simply amazing and the song off Halo 2, cant remember what its called something about only the strongest will survive, gets me hyped up to no end.

You may get it fixed for free. Two of my mates had their 360s give the Red Lights and they werent launch consoles and they also had it longer than 12 months. They phoned Microsoft and they both got them fixed for free and they were back playing within less than a week.. LMBO funniest thing I have read all day. Also sent you a message on Live about Just Cause.

I was playing on my 360 last night and noticed that the orange stand by light on my Wii suddenly turned a bright red so I put the machine on and then off again and it returned to orange. Is this normal as I havent noticed this before?
