It has absolutely nothing to do with the quality of the browser, just the fact that Microsoft bundled their own product with their own product. They've already done enough in my opinion in making the browser ask which search engine you want on startup, so you can even choose Google off the bat, which, to be honest, is more than I feel they needed to do. It's not like Windows stops you from downloading and using any other browser. Now, if that were the case, then yes, I'd agree that that's anti-competitive, if somehow Windows falls over and tells you to get stuffed if you're using Firefox, but it doesn't, and infact Microsoft have made a decent effort to get their own web sites and web apps working on Firefox. Try disconnecting the CD drive and see if it comes up, it could be some kind of cock-in-ass BIOS restriction, there may be a sub list of drives to boot from (some BIOSs for example have HDD BOOT as one option in the boot order, and then a seperate option to change the HDD BOOT order).

First off, connect to it physically, and the IP will be whatever your gateway is start > run > cmd ipconfig Look for "Default gateway" Type that IP address into your web browser, and it'll probably come up with a prompt for username and password, the default for this particular router is: admin admin Then you should be staring at a config page, look for "Wireless" or "Security" or some such rot, and you should eventually find yourself on a page with the encryption settings (WEP/WPA, etc etc) and you should then be able to view or set the goddamn, motherfucking wireless key. You'll need to save after you make changes and the router will likely reboot.

People always vastly overestimate PSU requirements, I have a Core 2 Duo @ 3.5GHz, Radeon 2900XT, 4GB RAM, Matrox G450, Voodoo3 3000, 2x 250GB HDD and it pulls like 200w DC The problem/myth occurs because cheap, nasty PSUs simply flat out lie about their ratings and in truth can often never achieve what they say they can. Having a PSU rated far too high for your low power draw can often infact be less efficient than using 50-60% of the PSUs rated capacity tl;dr: Buy a Radeon 4850
