Loving the new Classic mode, how each character has a unqiue path and unique final boss instead of all roads lead to Master Hand. So far I have finished Link, Inkling and Mario's classic mode. Also loving the Staff Credits mini game, live how they always make a game for the credits Also notice on the Game and More menu I had an option that let me re-challenge some new character challenges that I failed on. Now have Pit and Wii Fit Trainer added to my roaster.

I've so far unlocked Ness, Zelda, Inkling and failed a challenge for Bowser Is it random which charcaters approach for challenge once a condition is meant or is it certain conditions for certain characters (trying to resist looking at any guides for as long as possible)

Hoping it gets added soon. Let's Go Pikachu didn't allow video capture when I first got that but then it did next day. Hopefully this is same, I wanna flood my social media with vids of me getting beat

How come Nintendo have Video Capture turned off on this?

The EXP gain for catching Chanseys gets ridiculous if you get right multipliers...forget about battling Elite Four over and over, get to level 100 but just chaining Chanseys

So I have spent the last two days trying to get a Shiny Charmander in my Let's Go Pikachu....yesterday I got a combo chain of 70 Charmander and 71 ran away breaking my chain...today I caught 112 Charmander, seen a whole bunch more as after 31 I went through long phases of just trying to force them to despawn and respawn as quick as possible (starting catch mode and running away, if you run away it doesn't break chain only if Pokemon runs). Luckily after combo 11 he respawns almost as soon as he despawn...before 11 I worked it as approx once every 10mins And it FINALLY appeared! Thought was seeing things at first it was like....oh stars..wait WHAT...enter panic mode!!!!

I had thought of that just letting them spawn after 31....but I'm also a bit OCD Plus wanted to see what I could get stats wise... Looking through what I did catch found one with Best on 5 stats and Very Good on Special Def....I'll take that Also I had notions of taking on the Elite Four first time with a Shiny Charizard I don't even want a collection of Shinys just the one Charmander will do Gona make way towards Gym 7 and save up some money and hopefully get some Ultra balls on the way and might try again before final gym

Nooooo Charmander number 70 ran away as soon as it broke out of the ball :'( I guess I'm just not meant to ever have a Shiny Charmander Bloody annoying though seeing a video of a lad getting a Shiny Charmander spawn on his 18th combo.... Gggrrrr

Ok so last night I got my 6th Gym Badge and decided before I continue I got notions to try see can I catch a Shiney Charmander. Trying on Route 4, grass just before Cerulean City. Takes ages for a Charmander to spawn at the start... Think it seems about once ever 10mins....got up to 8 combo and got tired as it was late so just put game to sleep and picked up again this morning. After I got to 12 combo he started spwaning ever second spwan cycle (the area spawns Max of 4 at once, he is not spawning between 5 - 8 Pokemon after I catch one or he despawns.) Up to 47 now and got Switch back in sleep mode and charging while I go out. Getting nervous one will run away. I am dual wielding controllers for better catch success and using Ultra Balls...but running low on them and money :p...if I fail first throw I am running away so Charmander don't to keep my combo from breaking. I ahve also seen a Shiny Rattata (spawn when my Charmander combo was at 4) and a Shiny Sandshrew (at 30 combo) but just left them cuz didn't want to break my combo. Least I know my game has Shinys now haha. Never had a Shiny before with exception of the free Red Gyrados in Gold and the few I have in PoGo

I was getting Xmas gifts for the kids today and saw this down from 70euro to 45euro.....feck it, bought it With still playing Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu and Smash in a few weeks though I just left it with my kids gifts hidden in me moms house. Will probably wrap it up as a gift to myself haha

Don't have any Kanto Shinys that I caught myself

Ok so I got another Shiny Charmander off my friend who have me the first that I lost. I made a couple of test transfers with other Pokemon and all worked fine, no issues. So tried the Shiny Charmander and same as yesterday, gets to 100%, gives and error, Let's Go crashes and Pokemon is lost :'( I am wondering if maybe it is cause it is a Pokemon I got via trade already? It couldn't possibly be something that stupid could it? Has anyone here tried to transfer over a Pokemon from PoGO they got via trade? I have to tried transfer more since and again no issues...just doesn't want me to have a Shiny Charmander After I gave up on that went back to playing and realised didn't have an Abra yet so went to Route 6 to catch one. Got one then a second appeared so caught that...then I realised hey I just started a combo and got a bit OCD about keeping it going thinking maybe just maybe I can get a Shiny Abra...got to I think 18 and the next one decides to run after I toss my first ball...wtf???...combo broken damnit

Anyone else having issues transfering over from Pokemon Go? I am having an awful time and have lost a Jolteon, Flareon and Vaporeon...and may have lost my one and only Shiny Charmander just now!!!!! Anyone else having issues transferring Pokemon over? I am able to do the initial connection between the two to get the Switch icon appear on Go...but oddly only when it is in docked mode? But I finally reached Fuschia City last night and tried to transfer so Pokemon but it just kept giving me issues. First when I tried to transfer it would get to 80% then stop and error. I took it out of dock, used handheld and changed the number of Pokemon I tried to send from 5 to 2 and it worked, yay...I then transfered a single Eevee and again it worked fine.... ...then I tried to transfer Jolteon, Flareon and Vaporeon...it got to 100% and both the game and app crashed....I then no longer had those 3 Pokemon in Go and they weren't in Let's Go!!! I noticed I lost the Switch icon from my Go menu...but when I check it in settings I have a Retry option. When I got home from work I tried using that but could not get the two devices to recognise each other. I tried unlinking and relinking the accounts (which works fine still) but it just wasn't working. I then uninstalled and reinstalled Go, had to link to Switch again...the Retry option disappeared and the Switch icon came back in Pokemon list....guess those 3 Pokemon are lost forever now. I then tried to send one single Meltan over, the Switch finally gave the prompt that it found my Go account and after a couple of attempts got it over to Let's Go. Then tried 3 Eevee's and it worked first time. Then tried my only Shiney Charmander and it kept stopping at 80%, after a few more retries it went to 100% and game crashed again, my Shiney Charmander is no stuck in limbo, the Switch icon is gone from Go again so I can't try send anything else. The Retry option is back, but the Switch Online won't find the Go account anymore :'(

Finally got to Fuschia City and the Go Park. Once I got the Sliph Scope I just powered up Pokemon Tower avoiding as many battles as possible and same on way down to Fuschia....I'll back track tomorrow and do them all then. I just wanted to get my Mystery box for Meltan But does anyone know what the Switch uses to communicate to your Pokemon Go account? Is it Bluetooth or Wifi? I think there might be something wrong with whichever connection it is using on one of my devices. When I first got the game I had difficulty pairing the two but eventually got it. When trying to transfer Pokemon over I tried just 5 first but it kept saying there was an error when it got to 80% giving me option to retry and on phone would ask me to select which Gmail account to use for my PoGo again. Eventually I closed app and tried again, this time with just two Pokemon (Vulpix and Alolan Vulpix,) and it worked fine. Then tried with a single Eevee no issues. Then said I got extra Eevelutions I'll send over one of each...the status bar got to 100% then gave me an error and crashed the game on the Switch closing it. When I loaded it back up the 3 Pokemon we're not in my Switch and they were no longer on my Phone either....I actually properly killed a Jolteon, Vaporeon and Flareon.... :'( Makes me want of trying to transfer more..was gonna do my Shiney Charmander next but only have the one.....

Yeah I was messing with Pokeball Plus while using phone with left hand...I always assumed that image was saying to shake 2nd controller to have a second player join Didn't know about partner Power moves...does the game tell you bout it...did I miss it some how haha

Probably a bit of OCD, even if not being competitive I still wanna be the very best like no one ever was Anyway...can someone tell me how my Pikachu just acted on its own and did a move that is not in his move set? I thought it was cuase I left him idle for a bit when checking my phone but he's not done again since

Actually do IVs from Go carry over when transfered in? I got a Shiny Charmander with great IVs I been holding on to that planning to transfer over as soon as I get to the Go Park

So got all 3 "Free" original starters after already finding them in the wild then made a bee line for the guy who adds the Judge ability on Route 11 so I could compare IVs (I looked up how to check IVs) and the 3 "free" one's all had 2 Fantastic and 1 Best IVs, much better than one's I had from wild, so even though all the ones I had first we're at 2nd stage evolution I dropped them and switched in the newer ones with better IVs haha. Now I get to evolve them all over again

Cuz not been to Vermilion yet WWanted to get them ASAP, found a wild Charmander by pure luck before Cerulean City when not even looking for it so the free one was my 2nd Charmander :)

Took my Pikachu to work in the Pokeball us today to show it off to some mates...when I got home and put it back into the game it had gained enough EXP to jump from level 18 to 29....I only just beat Misty's, at 18 I was thinking I was over powered for where I was now I have to make my Pikachu take a back seat for a bit haha https://twitter.com/MokongX3M/status/1063895222273409024?s=09

I went into Mt Moon...never saw a Charmander...will have to backtrack haha. Also is there an NPC that let's Pokemon relearn moves they forgot in this game? My son was playing on his profile and when Pikachu tried to learn Double Team he didn't pay attention and just kept pressing A and forgot Thunder Shock, no his only attack move is Quick Attack....and yeah I did try close game without saving but he must have saved after he done it haha

Not tried to connect the Pokeball Plus to phone yet... Was you Switch docked or handheld when you connected it to Go, mine wouldn't find Go account while in handheld once it was docked it popped up right away I found a couple of Blubasaur...where are Charmander and Squirtle? I got a single shiny Charmander in Go that I want to transfer over but will probably want to find me a Charmander to use til I get to the Go Park
