  1. As I failed to beat Ell it looks like I am staying in the middle flight for another season barring some sort of disaster. Kippen vs Rangers for the title next season. How good would the top league be if in the next game Yellow Submarine lost Silverdale and Eights drew and Odwinica won. Make it happen other teams! :P
  2. I think so as well actually about time Alliances got a shake up! Could do a draw just before next season would be great fun
  3. @Nikos9 what do the gang say for the cup? Any new leads on people to join? Oh and the Example is taking down the competition (in admittedly a quite easy alliance year lol) AFC Dedede 2-0 57% possession.
  4. Peeps may be worth asking about cup in PR as well. @jayseven has rejoined which is great I don't know about Twozzok or Rossers Rovers they are other sides who seemed to have dropped out a bit. It is a shame because this season I think may have been one of the best at the start for recruits, still we could always get some wierdos from outside NE if needs be the league is in a pretty healthy state though I think well done Peeps
  5. Really pleased with the win today that should be that for relegation worries now to take out that punk AC Elites and get promoted
  6. I am up for the cup! So hope both MadDog and Flinky stay I reckon you should start a new team MadDog its a great way to get back into the game. I asked @Blade to join and he seemed quite interested would be great to get him on board
  7. Great thanks for the feedback I am sure I will get this soon. I am quite intrigued by the map making is it something that gets more complex later in the game? I enjoyed using it in the demo but felt like I didn't really need to do it.
  8. Hey guys just wondering if anyone is still playing this game? I installed the demo yesterday and have really been enjoying it, it is unlike anything I have played before and I love the map making Just wondering if someone could give me impressions of what the game is like at later stages and how they are finding it?
  9. Round 8: Living on a thin line Dragooooo 2-2 Hadens Rangers Both teams were looking to win this one as Dragooooo set up with a 4-5-1 formation against a standard 4-4-2 for Rangers. Things started really well for the away side as Mulholland set up Mallett to smash one in off the post after just 2 minutes. However Dragooooo responded well and soon after Velho swung in a corner that Hottges poked home through a crowd. During the early stages of the match captain Wielink looked uncomfortable and was seen calling to be substituted after just a quarter of the match. Youth Farlan had to come on to replace the captain and Rangers took advantage of this as Walters headed in from a Doyle cross to make it 2-1. Rangers were dominating possession but the home side actually were just making more chances. The game wentback and forth until Strindlov curled in a ball that Forsyth got on the end of and diverted past a flailing Rangers goalie. Both teams wanted and needed 3 points and carried on attacking but the game finished in a 2-2 draw. It was an entertaining back and forth match where both sides played well. RFC 4-0 Coloccini FC Another RFC match another rout as RFC destroy a helpless Coloccini side, RFC picked 3-5-2 against Coloccini who tried to play a balanced team with 4-4-2. The first half the away side actually held out very well, they harried the ball players and limited to RFC to only 3 chances albeit with no chances of their own. However the breakthrough finally came when Fosatti smashed in a free kick to make it 1-0 after 59 minutes of resistance. After this opener RFC brought on some youths, Waugh and Lajes and they obviously wanted to make a name for themselves. Waugh scored twice in 3 minutes with a poachers effort and then a long range curler. Then Lajes got onto the end of a cross to head in the 4th, it was a great game for the two young players who really upped the tempo of this game, RFC created 7 chances in the 2nd half. Coloccini should be congratulated, they did well but ran out of steam while RFC have the youth to thank for their victory. Rossers Rovers 1-4 Leeds M.O.T Leeds looked very impressive against an an average looking Rovers side to pick up a good away win. Rovers fielded a 3-5-2 formation while Leeds went all out playing 3-4-3. 3-4-3 is a real risk away from home but from the get go Leeds seemed the more creative side. They made 5 chances in both halves although had to wait till the 44th minute for Pispek to head them into the lead. After the break Mancebo curled in a beautiful cross for Halden to nod in to make it 2-0. Both sides freshened their sides up with substitutions but Leeds were always looking the more dangerous side as Rovers defence simply could not cope. Halden turned provider to set up Howson to tap in a close range shot before substitute Olaberriaga smashed home a fantastic close range effort for the fourth. Mamonov curled in a late consolation goal but this was Leeds day and the away fans really enjoyed what was a fantastic display from their side. DuDs Baggies 3-3 AC Elites Baggies and the Elites had a fantastic match at Baggies stadium. DuD played 4-5-1 against an aggressive 3-5-2 from AC Elites. The game started off at a fast pace, a bit to hectic for Shearer who trying to clear an Elites cross hit the ball into the back of his own net. Baggies were back on level terms very quickly however as Dhall came up trumps with a fantastic curling free kick, 13 minutes after that Shearer made up for his mistake by delivering a fantastic cross for Dhall to head home with power for his 2nd. However mere moments later it was Madpoo's turn to change the nature of the game as he powered in a loose ball from a corner to make it all even again. Baggies were rocked by a big loss as veteran defender Unnarsson was stretchered off just before half time. The Elites could have taken advantage of this as the referee blew for a penalty at the start of the 2nd half. Baggies manager was furious with what seemed like a dive by Zell, the captain Bodin wanted to take it and smashed it into the corner only for Mulholland to get his fingertips to it in what was an incredible save! The Elites carried on pressing for another goal but in a rare Baggies attack Shearer was felled inside the box the referee did not hesitate to award another penalty. This time the Baggies captain Ryman stepped up, he chose to place it to the left and sent the goalie the wrong way, Baggies fans cheered as their side carried the lead once again! AC Elites would not give up hurried forward by their red faced manager, finally after a Brain corner Pratchett tapped in a sitter. The game finished at 3-3 and was a fantastic spectacle for the neutral both managers may have wanted all 3 points. On this form however they may get more chances to play each other in the top league next season! Winston Gardens 4-2 Fedex United This was another great performance from a former top league side, Winston have found it hard to adjust to the tempo of the middle league but did well in this game against Fedex. Winston played with a 4-4-2 set up as did Fedex. It was quite an open game and the goals came early as Thomas set up Goodison for a long range cracker to put the home side ahead. Not to be out done Patton lost his marker and smashed in his own long range curling effort to make it 1-1. Fedex just had the edge In this half but after the restart Winston scored two in quick succession, first Akera lost his marker and lobbed an out of position goalie then Thomas again set up a player for a long range effort, this time Ingham who had a clear shot on goal and made the most of it. However Fedex were not going down without a fight and Akerland fired in a wonderful direct free kick to make it 3-2. Both managers looked on nervously but it was the architect Thomas again who got the breakthrough as he let loose Ingham again who this time found himself one on one with United's goalie, he faked a shot and rounded him to then score in an open net. Winston fans were thrilled with this great attacking football and cheered their team when the final whistle blew. Most Important Result: Rossers Rovers 1-4 Leeds M.O.T Leeds scored the only away win this gameday and did it in style as they took all 3 points at the expense of a dissapointing Rovers side. Stylish Team: Leeds M.O.T Four goals and ten chances away from home! Amazing play today from Leeds really worked well as a team to beat a Rovers side that have looked a threat more often than not this season. Player of the round: Bradley Thomas, Winston Gardens Thomas did fantastically in this game living up to his identity as a playmaker, he created 3 for Winston and was always at hand when it seemed they had run out of ideas. Results so far. Important Results: Winston, Dragooooo, Dragoooo, Colocinni, Rangers, RFC, RFC, Leeds Style: DuD, Winston, RFC, RFC, Rovers, DuD, Elites, Leeds Player: Winston, Winston, Rovers, Colocinni, Colocinni, Rovers, Leeds, Winston Winners from the three categories will be put in a draw at the end of the season to win a 3 month VIP!
  10. Oh not a good game today for us worse news was we lost our best goal scorer this is the 2nd time he has got a big injury and is going to put him out for 2 of our final 4 games. Obviously our next game is huge and we need at least a draw from it to keep things in our hands. Going to be close!
  11. I so hope this is the case I would love to play around with player positions, as I was putting out my side for my match against Baggies I was thinking if only I could make this guy a winger or him a support striker rather than out and out striker. Still I enjoyed setting my tactics a lot it is actually very helpful just from a connivance point of view, still the green is a bit off putting.
  12. I am unsure at the moment I think it is really nice but really green! It does make it look a bit more modern. The thing is though when I first saw it I loved it so much because I thought it meant the introduction of wingers! Sadly not One major new thing is the scouting the opponent tab! Oh man will I be studying that for hours!
  13. Big big win today I think I need one more win and I will be safe for another season! Lucky I have an easy game against that no hoper DuD next
  14. I planned to have perfect symmetry and I have succeeded!
  15. All the leagues have really interesting battles in them this season. Eights and Zell fought tooth and nail for 3 points today to keep themselves rather than Odwin and Nikos in the title hunt kudos again to Rowan for this season some great football being played. RFC have lost some of their steam in the middle league with DuD and Ell chasing them down, I really need another victory but things took a good turn for Flinky and I both sitting pretty on 16 points lol. In the lower league there are still I would say 7 promotion candidates! Insane!!
  16. Round 7: Vilify don't even try. RFC 3-0 DuDs Baggies RFC took their A game to the Baggies with a comprehensive victory. RFC set up with a very attacking 3-4-3 against Baggies who tried to stop this onslaught with a 5-4-1 formation. Sadly for the Baggies this allowed RFC to dominate the game and Baggies had no chances during the entire 90 minutes. RFC scored after just 2 minutes as Normqvist toe poked home an inswinging corner to get his team off to a great start. With the amount of defenders and attackers in Baggies box corners and free kicks became chaotic and in the chaos produced by one such corner, Normqvist was again the poacher ready to stab home a 2nd. In the 2nd half RFC carried on with the pressure and Baggies conceded a free kick, These are always dangerous to give when Fosastti is playing and he blasted it in to make it 3-0. The game was at times scrappy as 5 yellow cards were handed out between the two teams. However RFC deserved this win and carry on their charge up the table looking at this point a sure bet to be promoted. Fedex United 2-0 Dragooooo Fedex did well against Dragooooo as they fielded a 4-3-3 formation against Dragoooos 4-5-1 packed midfield. The away side dominated the early going as they made 5 chances but captain Barculo was isolated up front and some fine saves by Armi kept him at bay. When Fedex finally got a chance they took it, Patton held up play wonderfully and drew defenders towards himself before flicking the ball up for Sanroman who smashed it in on the volley in what looked like a training ground manoeuvre. The 2nd half saw the away side freshen things up as three substitutions were made including Wielink coming off as well as the captain Barculo. However this did not help them and it looked to be Fedex who came out fresher with more chances being made. The game was won in injury time when Patton ghosted past a tired Dragooooo defence and won a one on one with the keeper to put the game beyond doubt. A great win for Fedex while Dragooooo will rue their wasted chances in the 1st half. Hadens Rangers 3-1 Rossers Rovers It was Rangers vs Rovers as these two sides clashed, Rangers set up with a 4-4-2 against Rovers 4-5-1. It was quite a slow game to get going as 3 yellow cards were handed out but then Rangers made the breakthrough as Burlett swung in a corner for Cahill to head home, Rangers had the momentum and Mallett first crossed in a ball for Mossley to head in and then powered home a long range effort of his own to basically kill the game off before half time. Both managers changed things up in the 2nd half and Rovers began to get more of the ball and some good clear chances, indeed they got a consolation as Davydov found the head of Kellhad to bring it back to 3-1. It was a comfortable win for Rangers while Rovers will have to brush themselves down and move on to the next game. AC Elites 4-0 Winston Gardens The Elites settled an old score as they destroyed Winston Gardens at home, both teams went for it in this game playing 3-5-2. Zell started the scoring with a header as he lay unmarked in Winston's box, Faketura who provided that goal was then set up by Pratchett who hit a precise pass to his feet that he smacked in. After the break both teams came out and the Elites did not let up, Bull swung in a corner that Pratchett tapped in, the Winston manager at this point was furious with his defence and the lack of a veteran goalie really seemed to be hurting the team. Winston did create some chances but Tinkle, Huber, Laborinho and Yun at the back for Elites were unshakeable. The game was finished when Pratchett found the head of Madpoo who nodded home. Elites were rampant while Winston will want to forget this game quickly a real mismatch today. Leeds M.O.T 3-0 Coloccini FC All the games this gameday finished with home victories and this one predictably did as well. Leeds set out with a balanced 4-4-2 formation against Coloccini who went with 4-5-1. Things started off badly for the away side as Largo charged into Coloccini defender Haslop who suffered badly in the collision, he had to be taken off after only 3 minutes of play. Leeds had control of the game but to give credit to Coloccini they limited the chances of the home side. However the defender Altug looked menacing down the wings and he provided for Howson who headed in the opener. Altug again troubled Coloccini who did not track him properly, he this time picked out Pispek who lashed home a great shot. In the 2nd half the game got rather messy with an injury and a couple of yellow cards. However Leeds maintained control throughout and gave their goal difference a boost as Pispek curled in another long range shot right at the death to give the home crowd something to cheer about. Most Important Result: RFC 3-0 DuDs Baggies Baggies suffer another important loss but even more significant is the march onwards of RFC, they get their 2nd important victory in a row against a top side. Stylish Team: AC Elites Great play by the Elites today, they made their former nightmare opponent look average and gave their home fans something to really enjoy watching. Player of the round: Hamit Altug, Leeds M.O.T A first Leeds player in this category, Altug was fantastic in defence making sure Coloccini did not get a real chance at goal but he also proved himself offensively setting up two goals, a great performance. 17. 4-1 to DuD with 3 freekicks.
  18. Chema Ortuzar my latest youth was a 18 4 skill GK and sold for 5 234 460 smashed my previous best sell by 4 million his recommended price was 1.8mil as he had some good skills when I last checked at 5pm he was at 2.2mil market must have gone mental at some point Such good news can get my entire team trained up will be looking at brining in a couple of really good youths next season if I stay up or go down. I have eight players on 11-12 dev and four on 14, one player who I want to go up is only on 10. The remaining four players are on 10 or less but I dont care as they are either veterans who I want to get to 10, retiring or in the case of poor old Paine will be sold at the end of the season lol.
  19. Hmm dunno its annoying I am trying to get my youth to a DV where I dont have to play them any more but it just isnt quite working. Still I am selling a youth for over 2 mil by tomorrow so I will have loads of money for training for the final push What are your average devs looking like atm btw?
  20. Sit down! Do you calculate the xpert results on this machine? Why you showing that I lost to Dragoooo at home. Why is it saying 4-2? You find it funny its funny? You like this equipment, it dont mean nothing to me! What does this do? WHAT DOES THIS DO! It caculates chances on goa... NOW IT DON'T DO NOTHING! YOU HEAR ME I COULD HAVE WON THAT GAME! Sorry I mean GG Flinky, I hope you are still here next season when I am in the lower league
  21. Round 6: Go with the flow Winston Gardens 1-2 RFC After their first league loss RFC were keen to get back on track against former top league side Winston Gardens. Winston lined up with a 4-4-2 against the 4-5-1 of RFC. RFC's midfield has been a source of trouble for many sides this campaign and it proved hard to contain early on as RFC made 4 chances to 2 in the first half. However it was Winston who opened the scoring in the 2nd half as Liu curled in a cracker of a shot, mere moments later Weyermann put Figni through on goal to make it 1-1. The sides went back and forth and this half seemed a bit more equal but RFC gained an edge when Winston defender Joyce was taken off with an injury. In the last few minutes sole striker Normqvist tapped in a ball that bobbled loose after an RFC corner. This was a great win for RFC while Winston will be worried by a home loss in a division that they want to conquer. DuDs Baggies 3-2 Leeds M.O.T Baggies and Leeds have played some attractive football this season so this was a game that was set to please neutrals. Baggies went for an aggressive 3-5-2 formation against 4-4-2 from Leeds. Leeds found it hard to contain Baggies early on earning 3 yellow cards and ultimately were unable to when Shearer was free at the back post to nod in an Unnarsson cross. However just before half time Townshend lost his marker and ghosted past two players on the edge of the box before slamming home a true strikers goal to make it 1-1. Leeds had the lions share of possession in the first half but Baggies controlled the game more in the 2nd and it showed when another header this time from Dhall restored their lead. However again Leeds hit back this time as Mancebo found Twonshend in the box with an inch perfect ball, the striker swivelled and slotted in his 2nd. Both teams wanted a win and the mangers of each side put on some substitutes to try and win the game. It was two old faces that decided this game though, Dhall sprinted past a tired Leeds defence and hit a diagonal ball in that in form striker Shearer pounded into the net with his head. This was a great game of football and a well deserved win for the Baggies, Leeds however played their part and their fans can be proud. Dragooooo 1-4 Rossers Rovers Dragoooooo faced a Rovers side who had come off the back of a fantastic home win and were made to suffer. Dragooooo lined up with a 3-5-2 line up against Rovers 4-5-1. From the outset Rovers took control and looked deadly in the last 3rd. Przhevalsky found a running Gubsky who broke the offside trap and beat the keeper to make it 1-0, Gubsky then repaid the favour finding Przhevalsky on the edge of the box, the midfielder hit it in off the bar to make it 2-0. The home side came out in the 2nd half trying to get a foot hold but an early penalty converted by Przhevalsky effectively ended this contest. Rovers just had to much possession and the captain Gamov added his name to the scoresheet when he headed in a goal unmarked. The home fans began to leave the match early and some missed a Dragooooo penalty converted by Velho. This was no real consolation Rovers completely outplayed Dragooooo and are turning into the surprise package of this league playing attractive football backed up by defensive solidity. Coloccini FC 1-1 Hadens Rangers This was a feisty affair as both sides never quite got into their rhythm. The home side played 3-5-2 against a more conservative 4-4-2 from Rangers. The early game saw hardly any chances and two yellow cards a piece as well as two injuries one for each side with Mulholland having to come off on a stretcher to receive treatment. The crowd began to sing songs to entertain themselves when Zabel found himself near the edge of the box took a punt which took a slight deflection and went in. Rangers fans seemed to think this would be enough to win, but Stockley the home sides captain found Costa unmarked in a good position. Costa lobbed a ball that seemed like a cross but fell past everyone including the keeper into the net! The home fans erupted at this good fortune and jeered the away end. The game however did not come to life after this with only 5 chances created in the entire match. Rangers may have rued their lack of ambition here but in the end a draw was a fair result, this was a match that will not go down in history as a great game. Fedex United 3-1 AC Elites Fedex beat the Elites in a tactical battle to score a surprise victory. United and the Elites went for 4-4-2 formations, the Elites controlled the first half with 65% possession and 3 chances to 2. Bodin scored one of these chances when he found himself isolated in the box and took a shot for nothing that went in. United pushed back and Platton came good when he rifled in a long shot to make it a tie. The 2nd half was much better for United they got a bit more possession and contained the Elites while hitting them on the break, Patton flew down the wing to hit a ball in to fellow striker Platt who headed United into the lead. Then the Elites captain Gurdsuk pulled up with a really bad looking hamstring injury, this encouraged United who got a two goal cushion when Akerland scored with another headed goal to make it 3-1. United closed the game out and will be thrilled with a great victory over the strongest team in the middle league. Most Important Result: Winston Gardens 1-2 RFC After their loss to the Elites RFC get right back on track with a close win away to Winston, this shows they have long term intent on finishing in the top 3. Stylish Team: DuD Baggies Played some really wonderful football today, it left them exposed at times but they were able to push on with 3 goals to win an absorbing contest. Player of the round: G Przhevalsky Rossers Rovers The midfielder was inspired today as he had both vision and goal scoring ability, helped convert Rovers superior play into an outstanding result. Results so far. Important Results: Winston, Dragooooo, Dragoooo, Colocinni, Rangers, RFC Style: DuD, Winston, RFC, RFC, Rovers, DuD Player: Winston, Winston, Rovers, Colocinni, Colocinni, Rovers Winners from the three categories will be put in a draw at the end of the season to win a 3 month VIP! Btw had a chat to Peeps and we are both sensing we may have a couple of slots to fill this season have sent a few PM's out but does anyone have any friends or fellow NE peers who may be interested?
  22. Damn man don't leave since you have come to this game it has been great fun. I got annoyed by the game in my 2nd to last season with Haden United, nothing was working at all and the game pissed me off beyond belief. The season after that I won the league in my best ever season, next season will be great for you especially if you go down tbh your team will be immense in the lower league and pick up huge amounts of experience ready to kick ass.
  23. Round Five: Five Star Managers ready and waiting. AC Elites 2-1 RFC The Elites eked out a win against an inform RFC side in this close contest. AC Elites set up with 4-5-1 against an attacking 3-5-2 from RFC. The captain Gurdsuk delivered a great free kick that Bodin hit home after some scrappy RFC defending. However RFC soon hit back as Iwanicki hit a long ball forward for Lajes to chest down and smack in. RFC were edging the game at this point with 3 chances to 2, however the manager made a triple substitution taking off talismanic midfielder Fosatti and the goal scorer Lajes, The Elites held firm and did not make any changes and began take control of the game. After some yellow cards for RFC players they gave away another free kick in a dangerous position, again Gurdsuk stepped up to the plate and swung it in for Madpoo to toe poke in. However 10 minutes later Madpoo earned a second yellow after a late challenge on Taveira, the Elites responded by brining on a youth defender to freshen themselves up for the challenges ahead. However in a moment of madness RFC midfielder Waugh got involved in an argument with the referee, despite being given repeated warnings he also earned a second yellow to the obvious anger of his manager. The game petered out from this point and the Elites earned a very important victory at RFC's expense. Leeds M.O.T 3-2 Winston Gardens FC This was an amazing game as the teams set themselves up in polar opposite ways to produce a very entertaining game, Leeds went for an ultra attacking 3-4-3 while Winston set up with a possession based 4-5-1. Leeds started off well as Townshend hit in a corner but Winston began to make more and more chances until lone striker Goodison finally curled in a long shot to make it 1-1. Howson responded with his own powerful long shot to restore the home side's lead. After half time Akera lobbed the goalie who was just off his line to tie the game up again. At this point Winston took almost total control of the game. They made 12 chances to just 4 for Leeds and three of Leeds chances were in the first half. However despite facing a reduced defence of three Goodison cut a very frustrated figure up front by himself. The home fans seemed nervous as like sea waves on a cliff Winston kept hammering away but they could not make an impact. Then in a magnificent counter attack the defender Garner sliced in a through ball that Carrero ran onto and hit in off the post to give Leeds their 3rd goal. This was utterly against the run of play and the home fans were cheering wildly. As each minute passed it became clear Winston were not going to respond and the game finished with a great victory for Leeds against a dejected Winston side. Hadens Rangers 4-3 DuDs Baggies Rangers have endured an awful start to the season and were now faced with the team that beat them at this very ground in the cup final. Rangers set up with a 3-5-2 against an attacking 4-3-3 Baggies. Baggies started well as Dhall fed the ball in to Ashe from a corner to give the visitors a quick lead. However Astle with great vision found Ciobotaru who hit in a stunner of a goal to equal things up. Just to show who is the alpha striker the in form Shearer before half time curled home a beautiful goal to give Baggies momentum heading in to the break. However the midfield advantage soon began to tell and a two quick goals first from Astle setting up Mulholland for a tap in and then for Mulholland teeing up Astle for a driving shot gave Rangers the lead. Sloppy play ensured Dhall was given the opportunity to curl in a free kick to bring it to 3-3- at 57 minutes. The crowd at both ends were almost memorised by this game sense the next goal would win it. Both managers freshened up their team with substitutions Rangers using all 3 but then a moment after they did disaster struck as veteran defender Paine was felled and twisted awkwardly as he dropped to the ground. He had to be taken off and with no substitutions left Rangers were down to 10 men and without their most experienced defender. Baggies could sense blood and pushed forward but deep into injury time Mallett on the counter skipped past two and laid on Cahill who nutmegged a defender and flicked it over the keeper. The ground erupted after 4 games without a win Rangers had won the game in the last second, the manager ran to Cahill and hugged him, this was a great game and a huge moment for Rangers. Rossers Rovers 3-0 Fedex United Rovers and Fedex both wanted to win this one but also wanted to field an balanced team and so both chose to go for a 4-4-2 line up. From the outset Rovers took control, Urso headed home an early corner unmarked, then Fedex defender Lagarto had to be taken off with a hamstring injury. The Fedex captain Blackburn then found himself booked for talking back to the referee while Urso scored another from a great free kick. By half time the game was over and frankly Fedex looked uninspired, Rovers looked so solid at the back that the midfield and attack felt at ease going forward and made 10 chances to 0 for Fedex. Gubsky teed up the inform Davydov to hit a fast ground shot past Houghton to finish the game off in style. This was a great win for Rovers that will also help their goal difference and hurt a rival from the past. Coloccini FC 4-1 Dragooooo The home side and specifically their manager have sometimes been seen as a bit of a soft touch, a visionary who cultivates youth but cannot stand the rigours of a league higher than the lower. Today playing 4-4-2 he proved doubters wrong as his team routed Dragooooo who played offensively with 3-5-2. To begin with it was a very close game as both sides probed each other. Costa set up the youth forward Murgita who curled in a lovely long shot. Things were quiet until half time. Then in the second half Forsyth shook off his marker and hit home a mid range shot to tie the game up. However it was to be the young Murgita's day, he scored again from a dangerous Haslop freekick and then hit in another wonderful long shot that went in off the bar when his old friend Costa set him up again. Dragooooo brought on two substitutes but it was to late now, on the 82nd minute Murgita turned provider and fed the ball to the captain Stockley who could almost pass the ball into the net. This was a vindicating victory for the home side, at the end the captian Stockley said about Murgita, “Yeh that kid, hes alright!”. Alright indeed! Most Important Result: Hadens Rangers 4-3 DuDs Baggies You could hear the crowd noise from another city when that last goal went in, a huge victory for Rangers to kick start their season. Stylish Team: Rossers Rovers 10 chances to 0, Rovers played with real style and made their team look a gulf apart from Fedex, a great win. Player of the round: Emiliano Murgita, Colocinni FC Another Colocinni youth gets this award! The striker was the difference maker today scoring a hat trick and setting up his captain for the final goal, a wonderful performance keep your eye on this one. Results so far. Important Results: Winston, Dragooooo, Dragoooo, Colocinni, Rangers, Style: DuD, Winston, RFC, RFC, Rovers Player: Winston, Winston, Rovers, Colocinni, Colocinni Winners from the three categories will be put in a draw at the end of the season to win a 3 month VIP! Despite only getting a draw pleased with today as it is my first clean sheet and it is away from home! Hmm who is my next opponent, oh shit... Dragooooo 7-1 Leeds M.O.T Please don't try against me on Tuesday if that is you not bothering
  24. The middle league is as per usual mental, bottom three may be losing touch with the rest after this double but I think the amount of teams that can go up or down will be very large right till the end. Of course RFC has already won the league :P I am very pleased with the win today tbh it was an absolute must win game as I have drawn a bit to often this season. My best striker got taken out though and I wont see him till next month now which is a real blow as my other two strikers are not proven goalscorers. I am also quite annoyed that 9 games in I have not kept one clean sheet this is also something that needs to be addressed.
