Creating the thread at the moment it is the longest post I think I will ever make its pretty hilarious going back to the old threads but at the same time funny how I remember most of the stuff like it was yesterday. Will be arriving in the Champions League by helicopter hoping to give out some justice. Very pleased by this still my team is still potential at this stage they haven't had their breakout moment yet like you taking out Nexus, Zell winning the league the first time or Ells cup win last season. A cup win would be a good first step to say we have arrived but we are still weaker than the top tier teams in almost all areas except we have a better midfield than some.

Plus 14 and 14 visible including a double jump, one of the best reports I have ever had really feel my team is on the verge of something very impressive but they still haven't won anything more than the lower league title so it is time for them to all step up. Btw peeps how is the knockout stage going to work? Do you as admin select any options?

@Blade you should think about joining the cup will be a good introduction to the game before the season proper starts. You are able to log in now and look at your team btw. You have a team that isn't great tbh but does have some strengths. I would try and buy a young 19-20 5-6 star goalie and use him as your main one. You may ship some goals but he is better than the awful ones you have and will improve for the future. In defence sack Horne and Ricketts and try and get another 19-20 5-6 star player for cheap. In midfield sack Hassall and I would also get rid of either Thomson or Ackram but not both, then bring in yet again a 19-20 5-6 star person. Forward line is your biggest strength I would sell Bower and rotate your two young strikers to play with Parsons. Also as you will be logging in for the first time get some money by doing the sponser activity and go to press and write a short 200 word PR to get more money then use it to train your players up. Ideally I like to have under 25s over 15 form and over 25s at around 15. The other bigger thing is your side is very weak atm but do not despair! This is a game that requires planning over seasons. Your players have the potential to go up a skill bar or even two each season (especially the young ones). 2nd! Pretty happy with this season it was obvious quite soon that Winston were to good for any other team and are deserved champions. However after a very bad start it seemed I wouldn't be able to get into the top 3 to make it to 2nd is something I am really proud of, my devs look great and I am deffo aiming for knockout stages in the CL and from there who knows! This season has been one for the dominant champion, Tales, Winston and Grant won their leagues with hardly any losses in fact I think Russian revolution was unbeaten. We'll done guys!

That sounds great it's not having stuff like this that I think made this season a bit dull. I am well up for doing joint reports with dan and whoever else is up for that. Interviews were also fun back a few seasons ago.

It is a shame there is so much negativity at the moment (I am not having a go either just making an observation) After Champions League could be a case of Peeps thinking about formats for the future. Maybe a big league with all of us that want to play might be the best or cutting it down to two leagues and keeping a smaller group. I have a few ideas of exciting mini games to play next season, at this point though it will be a select few playing them hahaha Still the league started with 16 I think so keeping 30 was always punching way above our weight really.

This has been by thread standards one of the most low key seasons for a long time. Part of this is the fault of people like me who said I'd do reports and didn't follow through but also we have a lot of old veterans now who know the game almost to well. Hopefully next season will kick things into gear as we look for the first ever champion of champions. Btw you are already in a large bit of my thread looking back it seemed I helped you win in season 3 by beating oddly 1-0 away from home haha. Send me a fave memory if you have time.

This season ends on the 15th and after that I am sure (Peeps will know for sure) we will have time for some friendlies so you can get to grips with the game or reacquaint yourself in the case of Rez.
