Well if you want an extra wiimote it's worth getting Wii Play for £34.99 or so. You get a wiimote free, and considering they cost like £25-30 on their own anyway it's well worth it.
As for my plan for launch, well my Wii preorder is at Gameplay, so should arrive on launch day, and I have Zelda preordered at Play.com(got it for £27.99!) but I worry that won't make it on launch and probably on the saturday instead. I'm going to then use a couple vouchers i have in the city to get Wii Play and some extra stuff.

Mine's going up next weekend. I usually don't think about Christmas too much until December 1st, that's when Christmas starts really.

...But not as a consumer. No, I am working with it as I continue with the development of Super Smash Bros. Brawl. All of us on staff are working very hard, but it will be a little while longer before you can play it!

We were pretty unlucky, 3-1 doesn't do us justice in terms of chances and possession. Our finishing is the major problem right now, Adebayor was extremely disappointing today. Fabregas immense as always, at one point I was just keeping my eyes on him and no-one else, his intelligence of his surroundings and passing is unbelieveable, and I still at times forget he's only 18!
But man, our premiership ambitions are practically faded now
I guess I want it to be a draw tommorow, but then again it's unlikely to affect us now. -

Saw the Wii sports ad on ITV! It's great! And I just saw the Zelda one on youtube, and personally I think its really ideal for a tv advert. NOE is getting this right!

Following suggestions that Gears of War is to end up a trilogy, Mark Rein has gone one further and suggested it could go on for as long as Mario or even Final Fantasy."Gears is a trilogy? If we can keep making quality games that fans obviously then why would we have to stop at three," Epic's vice president mused on the company forum.
"I don't see the Metal Gear Solid, Mario, Grand Theft Auto or Final Fantasy series (among others) stopping at three and they're still delivering compelling entertainment content that's easily worth the money (see Unreal Tournament as well).

Good news.... some Penny Arcade forum posters have confirmed that you can play PC-Engine's Bomberman '93 with five players. You just need to have four cube controllers and one wiimote.
That's cool, does that suggest the possibility of some 8 player games on there in the future?

Time is flying, and I don't want to kill time as I need to finish some AS coursework for Dec 4th.
I'm currently playing and REALLY enjoying Gears of War and Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance.

Yuck, did not enjoy the Lost Planet online demo, despite kind of enjoying the single player one. I think playing it after being so used to the brilliance of Gears of War makes it feel awful.
