If you're joining, you just need to enter the code. If you're making a room, you need to press + before selecting "Invite others".

@Sméagol I have a Low Key Toxtricity ready to go in 5 minutes. Code will be 4387. The Hippowdon would gel really well with my Excadrill. Just lay off the Earthquakes.

No, it's just good for fighting level 60 Pokémon. Which is what the 5 star raids are.

A higher level Pokémon with no type advantages might be better than one that's below level 70. Anyway, I'm starting raids now. I'll be doing every one I see to clear them out. Join in or not. Any Shield exclusive ones come up and I'll save it for N-E and tell you here.

The first International Challenge was announced recently. Simply put, this is how some people get invites to the Pokémon World Championships. Do well and you get Championship points, which go toward getting an invite. In order to qualify for Championship Points, you'll need to link your Nintendo Account to your Pokémon Trainer Club account on the Pokémon website. Hey, but if you don't care about the World Championships, you can still enter for funsies and to get some in-game clothing. Sign-up period starts on the 20th of Feburary and the competition starts on the 28th. Format is Double Battles with usual rules.
