Librarian Posted October 17, 2006 Posted October 17, 2006 Yes I have almost no experience with PC games.. I kid you not. But now I have bought one and the stupid thing wont install.. it just tells me that the disk in my drive is "not a valid win 32 program".. what the heck do I do?? the pc does exceed the minimum requierments.. and yes I have XP which it also should support..I also had this problem with the 10'th anniversary edition of Command and Conquer.. which I then returned.. is there a simple explenation for this "win 32" thing???

gorrit Posted October 18, 2006 Posted October 18, 2006 Is the disc clean and not damaged? Do you have Daemon Tools/CloneCD/etc? Becouse that can also happen when the disc cannot be read.
Librarian Posted October 18, 2006 Author Posted October 18, 2006 it a brand new game and all is clean and undamaged
