Guest Jordan Posted February 12, 2006 Posted February 12, 2006 Yup, this is true. It's a shame, since Aftermath sounded miles better. Although, think about it this way. This kinda makes it: Half-Life: Episode Negative One Half-Life 2: Episode Zero So the first two games have been a prolouge? O_o
Shorty Posted February 12, 2006 Posted February 12, 2006 Aftermath was ok, but they already used it for Command and Conquer, Red Alert's addon.
Gaijin von Snikbah Posted February 12, 2006 Posted February 12, 2006 I read it and it means, that there will be more "episodes", or "chapters" of Half Life 2, that you can download online through Steam. Just like with the Sin episodes.
Bogbas Posted February 12, 2006 Posted February 12, 2006 Sounds like a marketing scheme... If this kind of thing continues valve's going to be as bad as EA... Not really a fan of the steam system. I want my games to come in a box which has nice manual, and perhaps some extra stuff in them. Like in GTA VC/SA This kind of downloading games is just stupid...
Calza Posted February 12, 2006 Author Posted February 12, 2006 Sounds like a marketing scheme... If this kind of thing continues valve's going to be as bad as EA... Well since there going to become publisher of Valve then youre probably not far of. And i'm also anoyed at no retail as i'm not old for a credit card so i'll have to get my dad to do it
