It's also by the team who made the first two Mario Land games. Now the actual question is why the hell Yoshi's Island is classed as Super Mario World 2. That makes much less sense. Mario Timeline is a confusing pile of nonsense. That's just one half of the games. And it doesn't include the Donkey Kong Country series. And it's out of date. Also might be wrong.
