xernobyl Posted January 16, 2006 Posted January 16, 2006 I've bought a new Gamecube for €49.99 (without games). I can't find what's the current official price. Can you tell me?
Raven Posted January 16, 2006 Posted January 16, 2006 in Australia, they go for $99AUD. you can do the conversions... etc
david.dakota Posted January 16, 2006 Posted January 16, 2006 You can pick up some amaxing offers at the moment, i've seen a Gamecube with either RE4 or Mario Kart for £49.99. I think the official RRP is still just under the £100 mark, but stores are massively discounting the cube to rid stocks.
Nintendork Posted January 16, 2006 Posted January 16, 2006 There is no longer an official retail price, to free up the last stocks of consoles in shops they let retailers cut the price to as low as they want, as many shops want to sell the gamecube, get rid of the games and move on to bigger fish like the DS, PSP and xbxo 360 which warrant more floor space. We got our gamecube, smash bros.. and 2 controllers (1 unofficial) with a memory card for £40.. whatever that is in Euros.. we thought it was a good deal.
vicious77 Posted January 16, 2006 Posted January 16, 2006 wow that is really good.. £40 for all that is a snip total snip, and there is a huge backlog of games for you to play whilst you wait for the revolution or whatever other next gen machine takes your fancy... and of course twilight princess which will undoubtedly own wohoo! first post! :P
