david.dakota Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 Grr and double Grr. I have been trying for weeks - no, months to get hold of some software to convert a .ts file to a more manageable format. The file has been grabbed from a BBC Freesat channel and is - brilliantly - of an acquaintance making his mark on Total Wipeout. I have sucessfully got the file to my PC from the Freesat box, but I'm being let down video editor software - I just cannot convert the file! Can anyone recommend the best way to convert this .ts file to anything else?
Magnus Posted October 15, 2011 Posted October 15, 2011 Some results from Google. Not sure if this is helpful or not.
Konfucius Posted October 16, 2011 Posted October 16, 2011 Avidemux reads lots of files and is free, so is Handbrake. Maybe one of these reads your format.
