My boss' iPhone POP3 emails suddenly stopped working - giving a "password is incorrect" error. I know the password is fine - I entered it into webmail and then re-entered it into the password section (which, oddly, you can't get to from mail - you have to exit and go to settings...due to lack of on "OK" button I have no idea if it has actually saved the password).

 

Searching revealed that it could be the server - but we have two other mobiles (Nokia 5800 and HTC HD2) getting emails from the server fine alongside Outlook.

 

For now, my boss can recieve emails but I had to set up a Gmail account to receive the POP3 emails then link it to the iPhone (although this isn't showing all the messages from today).

 

Does anyone have any ideas on what is wrong?
