I'm not getting how this is good advertising...

 

Basically they're advocating bastard-like behavior.

 

Yeah, they'll get publicity for it - but at the end of the day I choose not to eat at Burger King because the food tastes worse than McDonalds (which in turn tastes worse than a home-made burger), not because of some advertising campaign.

Well if I lived in america I'd be pissed off cuz i don't really do the social networking websites and I still want a free burger(thats better than McDonalds XD Maybe just in ireland..

It is good advertising though, it's pretty funny.

umm, yeah? that.

 

It's very clever: food advertising can't sell an actual product that easily (especially in today's more health conscious environment) so what they're doing is just brand awareness. They're creating a bit of controversy, getting people talking and using a red hot site to do the work for them. :awesome:
