Pancake Posted February 12, 2009 Posted February 12, 2009 Such a simple thing is apparently not simple So i'm in my OE inbox but i can't right-click "highlight all" or whatever, and i can drag highlight them all either. What the fuck is the point of them blocking you from doing a basic computer manoeuvre like that.
RoadKill Posted February 12, 2009 Posted February 12, 2009 Select one, then hold down shift and press the down arrow to highlight them, then press delete... Or, at least, I don't see why this wouldn't work. If you want to individually add certain ones, hold down ctrl and click them.
Pancake Posted February 13, 2009 Author Posted February 13, 2009 I got it. I used ctrl and the down arrow key. It doesn't let you use the mouse, which is a wee bit weird.

It's perfectly common in that type of control, infact, windows explorer is exactly the same, except in explorer, you have whitespace around the items, in outlook, you don't. OS X works differently in this way, and you can indeed select in the manner you imagine
