nightwolf Posted November 14, 2008 Share Posted November 14, 2008 I currently have microsoft works installed on my computer, this was installed when I bought the pc a few weeks ago now. Today all of a sudden microsoft word processor has decided to lock! Is this because it's run out (I've not been given any indication that it has done and everything else like excel is useable) or is there something I need to do to correct it? Any help would be really handy as I've got a job application that I need to type up and cannot until it's unlocked! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Mr_Odwin Posted November 14, 2008 Share Posted November 14, 2008 Word and Excel are not a part of Works, they are a part of Office. Do you also have a trial version of Office installed? Normally you can tell if a program is a trial or not by going to help>about. Either way, you could try Open Office to complete your application.
