What you should do if you really want one is hire out the stuff to begin with and the money you make from the gig put towards buying one. I know a guy who has all the stuff, lights too and he's paid well over £1000 to get all the stuff. Probably even more than that, the mixing deck was £100, he has 2 huge speakers, 2 smaller ones, strobe lights, other moving lights, sound activated lights etc. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Thing is you can't play most places unless you have a p.a so until we get one we can't really gig much and I guess it would pay itself back after a while.
