EEVILMURRAY Posted August 18, 2008 Posted August 18, 2008 Some reason my mouse isn't responding to my PC anymore. It's part of a mouse/keyboard combo with a dual wireless hub which connects to each port. The normal problem is that the batteries need replacing, but I've done that and it hasn't done anything. I've been holding the connect buttons down for ages but it's just not responding.
Emasher Posted August 18, 2008 Posted August 18, 2008 Have you tried restarting your computer? Thats always the first thing to do when something like this happens.
EEVILMURRAY Posted August 18, 2008 Author Posted August 18, 2008 I have restarted my computer. It started when I switched it on. I've restarted it a few times.
Shorty Posted August 20, 2008 Posted August 20, 2008 Is it logitech? I've had to send more than one keyboard and mouse back over the years because they've just stopped working. Try it in someone else's computer and see if it's the mouse or your PC.
EEVILMURRAY Posted August 20, 2008 Author Posted August 20, 2008 It's a Microsoft not Logitech. I'll see if I can find someone else with a PC I can test it with. It's just weird the keyboard isn't affected also.
