The fish Posted May 29, 2008 Posted May 29, 2008 Wow! The epicentre was in Selfoss! I went swimming there last October! The was arguably the best school trip ever... Anyway, glad to here no one got killed. When I hear Iceland I usually think of a cross section of lithosphere at a mid-ocean ridge, but I guess that's just me. Is the statue of Leifur EirÃksson alright? I used to as well, tbh... The statue you're talking of is out side the huge 70's style cathedral in Reykjavik, about 30 miles from Selfoss, IIRC.
