I've never enjoyed it, probably because I was forced to watch it as a child. His best films for me were undoubtedly Soylent Green and Planet Of The Apes. Both landmarks of cinematic science fiction, both utterly terrifying and engaging films.

It's a bit shite as far as religious propaganda goes, but it's a nice movie. In fact, if it wasn't for the shitty ass religiousness of it, I'd say it deserved the oscars.
